Modern en smaakvol appartement voor een prima prijs.
Pros:

De kwaliteit en inrichting van de kamer en badkamer was top. Modern, van deze tijd. Een lift was aanwezig. De ligging was nabij de markt met de restaurants.

Cons:

Door de afwezigheid van een receptie was het boekingsproces nodeloos omslachtig en gecompliceerd opgetuigd via allelei instrumenten: e-mail, digitale incheck, aparte app, digital key, Apple Wallet en uiteindelijk werd de belangrijkste informatie (waar de sleutel te verkrijgen was) op het laatst via whats-app verstuurd. Beter zou zijn alleen e-mail te gebruiken omdat Booking.com altijd alleen via e-mail communiceert. Ook de parkeergarage was erg lastig omdat de auto op een liftbrug geplaatst moest worden, zonder bediening uitleg. Tenslotte: een modern appartement als dit zou airconditioning moeten hebben omdat met de ramen open slapen ondoenlijk was vanwege het verkeerslawaai.

Zentral gelegen, Garage mit Fahrradstellplätzen, nettes Personal und ein echt schönes Appartement! War leider nur für 1 Nacht - würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Pros:

es gibt zimmer zur strasse, die laut sind und winzige balkone haben..und zimmer in den garten mit großen balkonen... wir haben gemeckert und sind nach 1 nacht umgezogen. warum trotz leerstand .....? in den gartenzimmern war schon lange keiner mehr, bestialischer gestank aus klo/ dusche / wachbecken, nach exzessiven spülen mit heissem wasser alles gut....personal sehr freundlich, wissen aber von dem problem - und haben gar nix unternommen....studenten, denen es egal ist....

Gemütliches, modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

- Super Lage im Zentrum von Rostock, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Öffis schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen
- Modernes, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel
- Gemütliches Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon
- Bequemes Bett
- Großes Bad mit ebenso großer Dusche
- Sauberkeit
- Einfacher Self-Check-in nach 16 Uhr möglich, vorher mit Empfang an Rezeption
- Sehr freundliches Personal
- Schöner Frühstücksraum (haben aber nichts gegessen)
- Parkplatzmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel (haben wir aber nicht genutzt)

Cons:

- Eine Mikrowelle wäre noch super gewesen (war aber jetzt auch nicht so tragisch, dass es keine gab)

Spacious accommodation in a great location!
Pros:

The perfect option for families visiting the area. Plenty of space, great location, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Parking available on site which was very convenient. Relatively quiet at night given the location, comfortable sleeping temperature if the windows were cracked.

Cons:

Our apartment was only cleaned 2-3 times over the course of a nearly 3 week stay. Not a huge deal for us, just needed to take out the trash ourselves.
