excellent facilities great prices and very convenient for everything i wanted to do on thr gold coss
Pros:

excellent price and location very close to everything and quite clean the kitchen was excellent when i was craving a home cooked meal

Cons:

there was a construction sight next door that had a very noisy man lift but thats hardly something the host could control but it was the downside but like i said completely out of the control of the host

Awful.. I am so upset

Honestly, nothing. However the gentleman was nice.

Was dusty, smelt like poo and mould, hasn’t been cleaned properly in what seems like years, marks all up the walls and mirror, no towels for the pool or extra towels to shower for the 4 days of my stay, the phone that did not let us make calls actually non stopped rang even when off the hook from 4am-6am the first morning!

The ultimate disappointment
Pros:

The bedroom window is boarded up. The shower never stopped running and the hallway was filthy and stunk. Will never go back.

Extremely disappointed. Unwashed dirty dishes, plastic cutlery, mouldy chopping board, burnt cooking pan, Broken toilet seat, broken wardrobe doors, excessive dust covered fans, bad stains all over the lounge. Staff were indifferent.

Dirty and overpriced

It was dirty, everywhere. Power points did not work in most rooms Air Conditioning power point in lounge room was hanging off the wall exposing wiring
It was inadequate as far as kitchen equipment was concerned.

Disgusting & never again

Only the location.

Cons:

It was disgusting, it was not clean, no Donna on the bed, the 2 throw over blankets in the built in wardrobe were not clean, 1 of them looked disgusting. The lounge was grose & had stains, a dirty serviette between the arm of the chair & cushion. The fridge was dirty, ice bag almost empty, left in the freezer, fridge was not clean
& it had a can of alcohol left in it.
There was still some hair on the floor innthe bathroom, I had to vacuum the bathroom & kitchen floor & buy disinfectant wipes and clean the floor myself.
The microwave was dirty, the mini laundry was dirty, fluff in the sink, dust around the top of the tiles, fluff / dust in between the laundry sink & washing machine
They also had the smoke detector covered up with a garbage bag.
Just to be on the safe side, I wiped down the bathroom sink as well.
When it came to using the shower, I did not have to use the cold water tap, the hot water was bloody luke warm if that. It was not worth $950. I am absolutely disgusted in what I was charged and that the apartment was disgusting.
Then they send you an email the day before about checking out things. One of them was ti make sure the room is left clean & tidy. Sorry but it was NOT clean in the first place.
I have also made contact with booking.com themselves to put a complaint in.
I have photos for evidence to. I will not stay here again & I do not recommend this place
