Will not be using again.
Pros:

Free onsite parking.Not too far from town centre.

Cons:

In the 2 bedroom apartment,both beds used not of a good quality and very uncomfortable to sleep on.Bed in main bedroom a small queen or maybe a double.Mattress very soft ,so feels like you are falling very time you turn around.Bathroom very small and badly lit.Shower and bath combo.Shower head will not work for someone taller then about 5 foot 3.Side of bath high and will be an issue of some, especially an elderly person to get into.Bath very slippery and narrow to get into and out.Be aware if in an apartment upstairs,bags will have to be carried up 2 sets of stairs.Wi Fi very slow at times and dropping connection while watching TV.No heat pumps or central heating,only small element heathers.

Fantastic location and friendly staff just off the heart of Queenstown.
Pros:

The location is great for being able to walk to town, the gardens etc. and fully stocked kitchen for our use.

Cons:

It is definitely tired and needs a do over. Carpet needs replacing big time!

Located above the lakeside touristy area, so an easy walk down but a strenuous, hilly walk back for an older person.

Good location.
Pros:

Not too far from the action in town providing, like us, you are prepared to walk 1km and don't mind hills.

Cons:

Room was shabby. Some of the worst DIY done i have ever seen. Hole in a door, patched really badly. Caulking around the mirror may as well have been done with a trowel. Sink didn't drain.

Cons:

Rooms were dated and some stuff didn’t work. Mould in bathroom. The more recently renovated rooms were much better. Internet was hit and miss.

Short 3 nighter
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and the centre of town. It was quiet.

Cons:

The internet didn't work in the room.. Could only get the internet once outside the room. The room and bathroom were showing their age.
