La habitación estaba bien. Habitación doble y desayuno aceptable, estilo buffet. Muy buen trato y atención del señor que atiende por la tarde, hasta las 11 pm.

Cons:

Pésimo trato y atención de quien atiende de 11 pm a 7 am. La noche del domingo comenzaron a gritar fuerte personas alcoholizadas, a la 1 am, y al requerirle la intervención al sereno este nos trató mal y no actuó para que cesen las molestias. Luego a la mañana siguiente le pedí que, por favor, me llame un taxi y me dijo que lo tenía que hacer yo. Le insistí y entonces sí lo pidió él.

Cons:

Que ofrecieran parking en Booking y luego no estuviera en el hotel . Estaba a cuatro cuadras y se debía abonar por separado. Utilizamos un parking público gratis a 10 minutos cruzando el rio

Pros:

Buonissima posizione, ottima colazione.
Camera grande, bagno altrettanto ma rubinetto leggermente sverniciato...non me lo aspetto in un "botique"hotel

Cons:

Dovevo saldare in loco la somma totale ma un giorno prima circa mi è arrivato un addebito di 5 euro sulla carta.
Non sono i 5 euro a fare la differenza ma veramente è il gesto
