El aire acondicionado hace mucho, ruido para dormir, el hotel le falta mantenimiento, la puerta de un armario se descolgó al abrir, la pila del baño perdía agua, nos contaron 9€ por el acceso a la piscina, y se nos dijo que había baño turco y sauna...nada de eso una piscina que por cierto en la fotos parecía más grande, y es enana, en resumen le falta mantenimiento

Séjour non plannifié mais agréablement surpris. La suite familiale a été un vrai plaisir et confortable. Petite contrainte par rapport au bruit de la climatisation mais tout s'est calmé après 20mn environ.

Perfect for history buffs.
Pros:

We enjoyed the large room tastefully decorated with amenities. Had a little issue with the tv remote which was resolved promptly by the front desk clerk. All staff very friendly and very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Location perfect, close to sights and shops.

Not a good staying for the money paid..even cold
Pros:

Cold and noisy room, for 125€/day next week will not come back again.

It is a pity as my expectations were high. Also paying 9€ for the swimming pool should be clearly specified in Hotels.com and it was not.

Accueil agréable, en français.
Certaines choses inacceptables pour un bel établissement de 4*:
Remontées d'humidité de la douche vers la chambre, peinture tombe...
Hammam non fonctionnel.
Restaurant vraiment pas génial, viande très bof et frites tièdes, comme le poulpe pas cuit...Petit déjeuner OK
Éclairage automatique de la salle de bain n'est pas agréable la nuit.

Absolutely amazing stay for our family. Staff were simply outstanding throughout the hotel. Our best hotel stay ever.

Rooms are clean and fresh everyday even if the housekeeping came and you are not ready for your room to be cleaned they will come back later. Just simply inform the front reception.

Food at the restaurant in the evening was simply amazing some dish were better then some restaurants we have eaten at. A very special thank you to all the restaurant staff who catered to our 2 young children's food needs nothing was to much for them.
Bar is responsible priced and food is offered here to.

Car parking can be found at the front and side of the hotel and is safe overnight.

They have a amazing swimming pool which for a small fee you can use throught the day which was great.

Right in the heart of Batalha you can leave your car at the hotel and walk around pretty much everywhere in the town.

Thank you very very much everyone for simply the best holiday my family has had. We are already booking.our next stay with you.
