Excellent séjour. Toujours un plaisir d'y venir et surtout d'y revenir cet hôtel
Pros:

La situation, le calme, la tranquillité et le confort de l'hôtel Eguren Ugarte (c'était notre 3ème venue et donc notre 3ème réservation à cet hôtel).
Le confort de la chambre, avec une literie de qualité (la broderie sur le draps du dessus) et la salle de bain très bien équipée.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité.

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception peut être amélioré.
Un sourire, une gentillesse, un accueil chaleureux c'est toujours mieux et apprécié... Ce ne fut pas le cas. Dommage !!!
En effet à notre arrivée, la personne à la réception (pas très sympathique et rigide) n'a fait aucun effort pour parler même un peu français (heureusement nous parlons plus ou moins bien espagnol).
A notre départ, c'était un autre membre du personnel plus sympathique ... Mais cette personne ne parlait toujours pas français.
Pour un hôtel de ce standing et qui voit passer tant de touristes du monde entier, c'est dommage que son personnel ne parle pas plusieurs langues.

5th visit..as good as ever.
Pros:

Fantastic location overlooking vineyards. Modern building. Just next to or part of the winery. 360° great views.

Pros:

Hotel pequeno situado em uma vinícola antiga (vinhos intermediários), com uma vista belíssima para os vinhedos de La Rioja. Próximo a cidades e vilarejos da região de La Rioja Alavesa.

Cons:

Desde a chegada funcionários pouco solicitos, a degustação e visita na vinícola do hotel é muito ruim (visita pouco explicativa, rápida, superficial e com vinhos intermediários em comparação com outros vinhos da região). O restaurante do hotel não vale a pena.

Staff very friendly and professional. Location beautiful. Hotel very clean and well presented. Room very clean, reasonable size, good shower and bathroom. Both service from the lady at dinner and the food in the 5 courses were excellent. It would be difficult to improve on either. Lovely grounds, good for walking. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Tea and coffee facilities in the room should be provided.
No coffee machine at breakfast, you had to wait for it to be served.

Zeldzaam mooi Boutique hotel (4 a 5 sterren)
Pros:

Bijzondere vormgegeven Boutique hotel. Kleinschalig maar zeer luxe, tussen 4 en 5 sterren. Uitzicht van de kamers, zeker op de 5e verdieping is onovertroffen, een groot gedeelte van de Rioja steek ligt aan je voeten.
Zeer attent personeel, goed ontbijt en diner.
Zeer aanbevelenswaardig
