Genuinely the coziest place I've ever come to
Lovely looking building but the interior is tired and a little neglected.
Our room was absolutely beautiful to be fair (4 poster room).
I didn’t like the commercial refuse collectors emptying business bottle bins at 4:20am right outside our single pane glass windows!!!
Didn’t have the breakfast it was too expensive.
Fab pod coffee machine in my room but a simple pictogram “how to use” would have been helpful. Wasted one of the coffee pods trying to figure it out.
The location and decor were awesome, and the staff were very nice.
If your room is above the patio, it is a bit noisy at night with the social life there and in the morning when deliveries are being made. But, the view from the 3rd floor room was pretty good.
Very cosy - great location. Nice staff
Service in restaurant was a bit slow but good very good
Lovely hotel, and perfevrly situated.
All staff friendly and polite.
Really friendly welcome, lovely staff. Room was clean and well presented, lovely place to stay, in a great location. Stayed for diner and had a lovely meal with great service.
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Conwy. The staff were very helpful and were happy to give information about the town and facilities. The room was comfortable and clean. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good.
Great central location for exploring Conwy etc. Convenient car park at rear and front of the property. Very atmospheric Hotel. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was nicely decorated and furnished and bed was comfy.Bathroom was very nice and clean. Did not have breakfast or dinner so cannot comment. We have stayed before and will return.
Bedroom quite hot at night even though the heating was off. Could not get to sleep as people were talking very loudly outside the hotel entrance on the street which was just below our bedroom window. Street quite noisy in the morning.
Outside rear seating space at the hotel was very poor and tacky. These are all very minor observations.
Ambience
/
This property is in a very good central location and an easy walk to the castle, harbour and restaurants. The staff were excellent.
The finishes and furnishings were a bit tired and worn. The carpets were stained as was some of the upholstered furniture. This gave the appearance of an unclean property, even though the daily cleaning seemed very adequate. Coaching Inn Group needs to invest in this property. The photo shows an example of dirty and worn upholstery.
Great location, excellent food and service, private off street parking essential when on a motorcycle.
