Pros:

The rooms were clean and easy to move around in. Everything was within walking distance. Excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was FABULOUS!!! pastries were so very fresh! The only negative was there was no elevator, but our rooms were on the first floor, so it wasn't too bad getting our luggage up. I would recommend this hotel!

Overall excellent. Lovely hotel staff and location
Pros:

The overall appearance of the hotel. The room was great comfy bed and warm. Massive bathroom with a great hot shower. The whole hotel was lovely and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Location was great too.

Cons:

The only down side was the noise I think of the heating or other guests having a shower or something and passing our room. And of the church clock chiming.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The Castle Hotel exceeded our expectations, from arrival to departure the staff were fantastic and customer service was second to none. Our room was stunning and as this was the last stay on our trip we definitely ended it with the best. You must have dinner at this hotel, it was absolutely amazing and could not fault in any way!
