Pros:

Central location. Really liked the vibe of the aesthetic. Walking into the room and there was a vintage style digital radio playing quietly. Room was made up perfectly. All the essentials provided. Really comfortable bed and bedding. Nice touch to have the window slightly open to air the room out on a hot summers day with a fan supplied. Staff were very very busy but helpful when approached. Usually there was someone at the entrance desk. The food was very tasty, I had the grilled fish with vegetables and a side however the side was definitely not necessary 😂 Jugs of water were available at the bar and some water just outside in the hallway with lemons which was nice. oh, I also ordered some olives before my meal came and there was enough for the whole table, which I had all to myself 😁 Parking was my only one concern however a friendly local pointed me in the right direction. I had to wait until 6pm to go through a restricted access road to get where I needed to go, which was under an archway opposite to where the boats are docked. When I tried calling the hotel for directions, the number took me through to some kind of call centre who didnt have any clue how to direct me and were unable to reach the hotel directly to help me either. At least they tried though! Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Thankyou 😊

Viaggio in moto in Galles
Pros:

Pros:

Nice location for the town

Cons:

Dirty blinds,
Windows not locking properly
Too expensive, £400 for 2 nights for 1 person
No supplements for single travel and no breakfast included
Our party of 9 went to the local cafe and saved 100s of pounds

Overnight Conwy stay
Pros:

Lovely staff, historical hotel right in the middle of Conwy.

Cons:

Because our room overlooked the main street, it was very noisy, late into the night.
Our four poster room was lovely but the bathroom was tiny. The floors and skirting boards could've been cleaner and the breakfast was lacking in choice. I expected more from a 4 star hotel which charged nearly £300 for the night.

A gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff and restaurant.
Pros:

The room was stunning. The victorian bath was a surprise. Location was excellent and the restaurant was superb.

Cons:

The clock tower bell behind the hotel goes off every 30 mins all through the night. We had to use noise generators to sleep as it was more invasive than my tolerance, which is pretty decent.

Lovely stay in Central Conwy
Pros:

Castle is located inside city walls, with its own parking lot. Close to the castle. The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, and with welsh beer on tap. Breakfast is delightful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitively be booking here again when coming back to Conwy.

Cons:

The building is historic and as such is confined with regards to changes. To access the parking lot, you must traverse a very narrow alley/coach and horse passage. Not a problem with most cars, I have an mid-sizeSUV and made it through, but bigger cars might prefer to park elsewhere. This is not a negative of the hotel, more an advice to future guest.

The hotel has a lovely vibe but it’s the staff who made it a truly special stay! Thank you to them!
Pros:

It’s a lovely building with slightly corny pictures to add to the mock medieval vibe, but felt warm, friendly and comfortable.

Cons:

Not really. The door to the room was a little fiddly to lock/ unlock. Also, an option for firm pillows please!

Cons:
