Faultless. Staff were lovely and very efficient.
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Nicely remodeled.
Some things were not functional. Noises from outside were loud. The tub was deep and was slippery getting out. I am healthy and in good shape and I needed something to hang on to getting out. The only thing available to grab was the towel rack above that had obviously been used as a grab bar before because it was bent.

Great character and fitting decor
The location in the middle if the town was ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping couldn’t be faulted. The historic charm of the room lived up to the description, and together with the modern bathroom, was perfect.

The castle is a fantastic place to stay,
The staff are fantastic they are friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble.
The castle is so clean and it's central to everything.
Conwy is fantastic, me and my partner come here every year sometimes twice and we come here to relax and enjoy the rest.
We booked a superior double room which was immaculate, quirky & contained lots of little treats for guests.
The hotel staff were charming. We highly recommend the vegan/vegetarian breakfast. The vegan black pudding was delicious! Lots of choice & great portions.
Don"t hesitate to book this lovely hotel.
