Séjour court mais agréable
Pros:

Moyen, cela provient de la disposition du buffet. C'était des îlots carrés où tout le monde tourne autour. Pas très facile lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde.

Cons:

Difficile à dire il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'autres possibilités.

A acomodação atende muito às expectativas. Os quartos são confortáveis, aconchegantes, muito limpos, cheirosos e arejados. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é a iluminação, pois não há uma luz mais forte em nenhum local do quarto, apenas no banheiro. No geral, a experiência é muito positiva e a acomodação atende plenamente às expectativas.

Cons:

O atendimento dos recepcionistas, de forma geral, foi péssimo. Em todos os momentos, senti um ar de arrogância, pouca paciência e falta de gentileza. Tivemos problemas durante o check-in, e os funcionários não foram capazes de explicar de forma clara e objetiva o que estava acontecendo, o que tornou a chegada bastante desagradável. O atendimento de um dos recepcionistas só melhorou no momento do check-out, no domingo. Infelizmente, a primeira impressão foi horrível, e essa experiência acabou comprometendo a percepção geral da hospedagem.

Nossa estádia não tinha wi-fi, nem tv, ficamos três noites sem poder assistir tv e sem conexão com internet do hotel, nos informaram que a rede estava com problema porém três dias sem resolverem.

Informações imprecisas no pedido de remanejamento de diárias e falta de gerente para decidir sobre o pedido o setor responsável pelas reservas não funciona fim de semana e quando realizou a análise já não era possível qualquer reeembolso ou voucher. Ou seja a empresa não tem sistema ágil e transparente para tratar este assunto em tempo útil com o hóspede.

De forma geral a estadia foi ótima! Pretendemos voltar mais vezes.
Pros:

A nossa estadia no hotel foi muito positiva, além de termos gostado muito da localização, fica quase em frente a Havan da cidade, tem farmácia, supermercado e restaurantes próximos, é possível ir à praia caminhando! Sobre o hotel gostei muito da limpeza dos quartos e das roupas de cama, chuveiro muito bom também! O funcionários são todos muito educados e solícitos.

O estacionamento do hotel é pago à parte, não está incluso no valor da diária!
No banheiro em algumas vezes notei que voltava mal cheiro do ralo do chuveiro, mas logo passava.
