Cons:

Colocaram um quarto (312) de frente para avenida sendo que tinha vários quartos disponíveis mais para o lado do estacionamento, muito barulho e som de fora.
Obs: verificar banheiro pois estava molhado e pelo que vi deve ser vazamento na parede logo ao lado da porta o piso estava molhado e na manhã seguinte novamente.
No mais estava td muito bom.

Dormimos pouco porque chegamos de madruga e o barulho foi incômodo

Limpeza, conservação, refeições e atendimento.

Cons:

Acústica péssima no primeiro andar, pois fica acima do restaurante e você houve cada cadeira sendo arrastada, desde o primeiro hóspede a tomar café da manhã, até o último a ir jantar. Estávamos em grupo e todos que estavam no primeiro andar reclamaram, inclusive, quando fomos tomar café, ouvimos outros hóspedes reclamando da mesma situação. Uma pena porque o hotel é maravilhoso mas isso deixou a estadia estressante.

Pros:

Não gostamos de nada. Atendimento ríspido na recepção na hora do checkin. A impressão que nos deu é que clientes Booking tem tratamento inferior.

Cons:

Não tinham duas toalhas no quarto, apenas uma para 2 hóspedes. Pedimos duas camas de solteiro, recebemos uma de casal sem a opção de trocar ou mudar de quarto.

Havia apenas um edredon no quarto para solteiro.

Pros:

Hotel antigo, porém reformado. Exceto a porta de entrada dos quartos.. barulhenta e empenada.
Localização excelente!
Tamanho do quarto muito bom.
Colchão e roupa de cama nova.

Estacionamento Pago, ok, mas poderia ser um valor mais em conta, achei caro o valor de R$ 45,00 por noite.
Instalação do banheiro, bem antiga, as toalhas requerem atenção, bem desgastadas. Porta do banheiro antiga com mofo.
Amanhecemos sábado 16/05/26 sem água, não dava para usar chuveiro, pia e sanitário. Foi bem ruim, água voltou por volta das 09:30, quase na hora de realizar o checkout.
Na reserva pelo booking, tem uma pegadinha... o hotel possui café da manhã, mas não estava incluso na reserva. Não sei se foi um erro meu, pois não reparei na hora da reserva.
Café da manhã R$ 56,00 por pessoa, optamos em tomar café na Havan, que fica em frente, com um custo muito inferior.
