Gostei muito do atendimento, pessoal muito atencioso, desde pessoal da portaria até o pessoal da cozinha. Garçons super atenciosos, principalmente em se destacar o garçom Antônio, muito prestativo, atencioso.

Arraial D´Ajuda foi uma surpresa positiva e o Saint Tropez muito contribuiu para tal.
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo, instalações ajudam a criar um ambiente agradável, muito espaço, a dois passos da praia. Atendimento do pessoal do bar da piscina foi ótimo. Foram 6 dias de muitas alegrias.

Cons:

A recepção, os procedimentos de check in foram um péssimo momento. Quase 40 minutos. Menos mal que depois a gente esquece. Mas é um aspecto a ser trabalhado para melhorar a experiência do cliente.

Ótima estadia, recomendo muito.
Pros:

Quarto muito limpo, espaçoso e confortável. É uma ótima opção pra quem quer descansar e curtir a praia. Alem da estrutura dentro do hotel, conta com cadeiras na areia da praia, que permite que você curta o dia com tranquilidade. A praia em frente ao hotel é muito boa pra banho, não tem muitas ondas, é uma praia tranquila. Possui restaurante que funciona até as 22h com muitas opções no cardápio. O café da manhã é bem completo e ainda conta com tapioca feita na hora.

Cons:

O atendimento de alguns funcionários poderia ser mais gentil e acolhedor. A grande maioria nos atendeu muito bem.
