Spacious, warm, good quality bedding, staff friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast, it’s been a long time that only sliced bread was on offer for toast, the big breakfast tasted like it had been pre cooked and re heated, and the portions were small for the relative cost.
The bed was large..but short, we are not tall people, but our feet were off the end during the night. However it was comfortable.

Excellent Short Stay
Pros:

Very attentive and helpful night concierge, Dean. I booked very last minute and had a relatively late check-in but was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner.

Cons:

This was a very short stay but all aspects were excellent.

Friendly, comfortable, clean, great location. I have been before and will again.
Pros:

I have stayed before. Very clean. Staff are friendly, mature people.
Breakfast is great, especially homemade granola.
Great location just north of Dorchester.
The Spa is lovely, nice staff.

Cons:

Very little not to like. They could do with a gardener/groundsman, but hey.

Lovely
Cons:

The only thing they need to sort is the car park and front gardens. If they sorted this as the plants were overgrown and lots of weeds then I would say this should be 4 star hotel as it was very nice inside. Just the outside front entrance that needs taking care off.
