The young lad on the night shift is a asset to the company
Pros:

The bedrooms were extremely clean and spacious. The AC was a massive benefit to keep cool. The bar area was very spacious and clean with a great selection of beverages. The male on who did the night shift on 23rd July was extremely kind, he is a massive asset to the company. He made sure all guests were accounted for and all were happy constantly checking in with everyone in the bar area taking his time to get to know each guests. This type of level of attention dosent go unnoticed and I’m sure he will be remembered by all the guests he took his time to speak to.

Cons:

It would be nice to see if the property can offer a later service for food. Something like a very limited menu for the late check in people. In the rooms it would be extremely handy to have a plug socket next to the beds. Heating wise on arrival the bedroom was baking hot and throughout the night the bathroom continued to be baking hot despite having the AC on all night

Good hotel, great accommodation.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Lovely cleaning staff. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds. Coffee tea etc replenished daily. Herbal teas were enjoyable.Air conditioning was acceptable due to the daily heat. The food was excellent when we ate earlier.

Cons:

The restaurant opening was determined by the coach party. We were told we couldn't eat until 7.45pm and the restaurant closed at 8.30pm in the worst case. Neither of us can eat at that late hour due to digestion problems. Not enough time to eat 3 courses in 45mins.

Sorprendente
Pros:

Pros:

Well presented rooms and public areas. Staff were welcoming and good

Cons:

Lack of good quality outside areas - just a terrace at front with untended hedges and borders. Hopefully the work to complete the extension will also include landscaping to improve the guest experience.
Dining- breakfast the first day was excellent, good quality products and well cooked. Dinner on first evening - we were very disappointed that having advised we would require dessert and been given the menu in good time, we were then told we could not order dessert as kitchen had closed. Breakfast on the 15 July - disastrous ! understand only one chef in the kitchen so the management decision not to offer a cooked breakfast buffet caused huge delay. we waited well over 30 minutes as did many others.

Suffering the heat? Go here.
Pros:

It's a really nice hotel, open and light, amazing air conditioning and very quiet. And the room size is large. Food was great and good value. From the outside it looks like a premier inn. But inside, it looks a lot more upmarket.

Cons:

Outside the hotel looks fine but the car park looks like it needs smartening up a bit. But at least you don't have to worry about parking wardens.

Met our expectations and was even better than anticipated. Thank the staff who are kind, welcoming,.
Pros:

The breakfast was incredible. I had gluten free. Best breakfast I've ever had. Delicious sausages, bacon. But chef made my own hash browns/rusti. That was going above and beyond. Wonderful.
The room was well equipped. Huge, and we had Aircon which was much appreciated in this heatwave.

Cons:

The surroundings with old buildings need improvement. I'm sure they will get it done in time. Inside is fabulous.
