Over a great 3+ star hotel worth the money for your stay. I would stay again!

La dame qui travaillait à l’accueil de soir a été superbe avec nous, car elle nous a changé de chambre parce que l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas.

Cons:

J’avais choisis une belle chambre en coin et à ma grande déception l’air climatisé fonctionnait pas et vous avez installé un air climatisé portatif quand je suis arrivée dans ma chambre sans m’avoir avisé d’avance. Un appareil très bruyant et très chaud dans la chambre. J’étais vraiment très déçu car j’avais payé un extra pour avoir cette chambre.

Emplacement parfait à deux pas du métro. Vue imprenable sur Manhattan, aucun bruit, sauf celui de la climatisation qui vrombit comme un avion, mais il suffit de la mettre dans la journée et de l’éteindre en arrivant.
