A relaxing place to stay for a family

The kids club was great, as were all the staff at breakfast. Really easy to get to the promenade too.

Wonderful experience and professional
Pros:

We were 4 ladies. We were greeted and warmly welcomed. The ladies were extremely attentive and our massages and services were amazing. They made every effort to make our experience great. Thank you so much for a relaxing and wonderful experience

Pros:

Very well priced place for a big clean room. Buffet breakfast included was a huge bonus!

Cons:

Was a smell coming from the bathroom. Smelt like stale water, I think coming from the toilet or maybe shower. Bathroom was very clean however. Maybe they're using recycled water for flushing?

Great location & easy access to surroundings entertainment

Cons:

The noise was non stop, chatter and socialising from the Sky bar. The restaurant wad fulle booked on Saturday due to non guest bookings. We went to a lovely restaurant not to far from The Hyde, when we came back the restaurant crowds were in the lobby, lifts and staircase making a hell of a noise. The noise was ongoing as we were booked on floor 6 and the restaurant is just above us

Lovely place for relaxing and breakfast was really good.
Pros:

Loved the living area, beautifully designed and comfortable. The customer service was also amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom setup as we’re 3. It felt a bit uncomfortable. But overall, the hotel was great.

L emplacement le garage sous-sol la grandeur de la suite et son équipement la propreté des lieux

Cons:

Le fait qu il n y avait pas de machine a laver le linge dans la suite qui était pourtant bien équipée
Le fait qu il n y ait pas 3 bouteilles d eau offertes pr 3 personnes mais tout a payer ds le mini bar

Did the job, but disappointed that there were sp many things that did not go well at that price point.

The second bed was not made up. The shower drain was blocked and had water overflow into the bathroom. The front door latch could not be depressed far enough to get the door open once closed. The elevator did not work while trying to leave the building from the 5th floor. The bathroom did not have lights so we had to use our phones for flashlights.
