brilliant staff, hotel nice but didn't seem 4 star standard.
Pros:

the staff were brilliant and the pool on the roof was really lovely.

Cons:

we tried breakfast one day and was not nice at all.
Hotel didn't quite seem the standard of a 4 star.

It was baie lekker!! Would like to stay there again.
Pros:

Loved the deck and swimming pool area. View is awesome and Ashley's service was great.
Also very friendly staff at reception and breakfast.

Great hotel a few yards from the sea
Pros:

A lovely hotel a few yards from the sea. We liked the large rooms, great facilities, hi-speed wifi and USB charging points in each room. Breakfasts were excellent and the roof-top restaurant was also very good. Only negative was that the bedroom was just a bit small, making it hard for two people to get dressed at the same time, whereas the living room was huge, much larger than 2 people needed. Overall we liked this hotel - great location in a safe area of Cape Town, with good restaurants nearby.

The place is beautiful. Great attentive front desk staff. Beautiful roof top bar and views.

Pros:

Staff superb, lovely welcome, breakfasts terrific, room nice and big, clean and comfortable and food good in top floor restaurant

Cons:

Really minor but tv system didn't work. Also early check in was requested but we had to wait a long time (over 2 hours) before getting room. But very minor issues overall experience was great

Excellent location, close walking distance to main road, beach road and regent street. Great for walking.

Hervorragende Lage mit herrlicher Rooftopbar und Pool
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Die Suite war groß und das Geld wert.
Die Lage hervorragend und das Frühstück sehr köstlich und alles da, was das Herz begehrt.
Der Pool und das Restaurant am Dach war natürlich der Knüller.
Parkplatz Garage, direkt vor dem Hotel oder Innenhof gratis.
Einfach perfekt

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was Great, noise level from the kitchen above us was a bit much and unfortunately no view from the rooms, but from the roof top was exceptional.

Cons:

The plugs in the rooms was disappointing as there was only one 2 point plug with usb and it was used for the tv, so you could not charge devices by the bed or anywhere with out unplugging the tv. the fridge is also just a drinks fridge so could not properly keep things for our daughter cold.
