BAD SERVICE!!!! I WLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR BY STAFF AND I DIDNT HAVE A GOOD STAY
Well suited and spacious apartment
Absolutely the worse experience ever. Apparently the manager of the spa made a double booking, I was disturbed during my massage and asked to get dressed and leave as my name was not in their register mind you I got and email confirmation of my date and time. The manger was not on site however commented telephonically with staff informing them we should leave Unprofessional, arrival times are 15mins before time they were not ready for us, and also we started the message 10 mins late and ended 5min early and Bè mindful of the interruptions in between the message, I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone I will also leave this feedback on all platforms. Unhappy customers!!!!!!

I liked Everything! the loving staff, the delicious breakfast and the room was home away from home. The reception lady sang a birthday song for me.

Did not rate Assistance Manager The room 602 should never be used right next to lift and fire door which was left open as only way to bar on the roof.could not get any sleep with noise. The gates for parking inside closed on my car, and Assistance Manager did not care.
