Das schlimmste das ich in 63 Jahren jemals erlebt habe!!! UNFASSBAR!!!

Ich hatte aggressive Zimmernachbarn die extrem laut waren! Ich schreibe ihnen diese Information nachts um 03.00 Uhr , da ich vor lauter Lärm durch die Zimmernachbarn immer noch nicht einschlafen kann! Der Mann von der Rezeption hat die Zimmernachbarn zweimal angesprochen! Aber es half nichts! Jetzt ist der Mann von der Rezeption umgeschwenkt! Ich vermute durch eventuelle Bestechung? Die Zimmernachbarn scheinen Spanier zu sein , ich bin Deutscher! Ich kann mir dieses Verhalten des Mannes von der Rezeption nicht anders erklären!? Ich bestand darauf die Polizei zu rufen , dass machte den Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption nervös und ärgerlich! Er drohte mir sogar mich aus dem Hotel zu werfen , nur weil ich nachts um 02.30 Uhr darauf bestand , Ruhe zu haben , damit ich endlich schlafen kann! Noch immer ist es nebenan laut und es wird mittlerweile sogar provoziert , durch das zuknallen von Türen , extrem lauter Unterhaltung etc! Eins ist sicher!!! Das war meine letzte Buchung bei Booking! Ich bin heute aus Krakau zurückgekommen! Sechs Übernachtungen über booking! War auch eher durchschnittlich! Meine bereits gebuchten Übernachtungen in den nächsten zwei Monaten (Neapel , Catania , Manchester , Belfast , Edingburgh) werde ich direkt morgen früh stornieren! Ebenso werde ich für sie zukünftig kein (wie in der Vergangenheit) positiver Multiplikator mehr sein!!! Eher im Gegenteil! Ich werde diese ungeheuerliche Übernachtung nicht bezahlen und am kommenden Dienstag umgehend meinen Anwalt einschalten , um die Kosten erstattet zu bekommen!!!

Cheap, cheerful and ok for one or two nights
Pros:

Staff were really lovely and the location is so close to everything. Just a short walk away.

Cons:

The food was terrible. We weren’t allowed butter with the evening meal bread so had to have dry bread. The food was cold. The burgers were pink inside. Breakfast was shocking. Toast had to be put through 6 times to get a bit colour. No fried eggs. Honestly the only thing we liked was the location. I’m going to seek a refund. We didn’t even eat breakfast the second night we stayed. If you’re under 50 stay away.

Für einen Partyurlaub auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
Pros:

Zimmer war frühzeitig fertig, Gepäck konnte bei früherer Ankunft abgestellt werden, langes Frühstück + Abendbrot, durchgängige Besetzung der Rezeption

Auswahl des Essens, starke Abnutzung der Zimmer

No sleep and no help from the hotel staff.
Cons:

They kept my passport for hours after check-in.
Very bad sleep quality you can hear everything from the hallways.
Rude staff.

Príjemný personál. Dalo sa s nimi v pohode dorozumieť po anglicky. Na izbá vybavenie fungovalo, tak ako malo.

Sehr schön- perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Freunden
Pros:

Ein super Hotel, tolle Lage, der Bus vom Flughafen hält 100m entfernt und kostet 5€. Ideal für Besuche im megapark. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer sogar mit Meerblick- war alles wirklich sehr gut!!

Cons:

Die Bäder sind nicht die neusten aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles war sehr sauber
