Staff and lobby was good but room was just ok would not care for it.
Pros:

staff was very friendly and cooperative no complaints there. they were very helpful and very satisfied with them from desk to housekeeping greeted with smile and was ready to help with anything. They were A+

Cons:

Room was ok but did not care for how the bathroom was. Flush made very weird hard sound, shower handle came off and so was hard to control temp. But housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed anything I told her and she sent someone to fix. Shower door was letting water out had to put towels on the floor. Toilet door was open on side and had no privacy. Also did not like coffee machine and things next to toilet I did not use it as it felt very unhygienic. TV kept on turning on stayed for a min or two and turned off every few hours it disturbed my sleep.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, camera molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. A pochi passi dalla metro e quindi posizione strategica per visitare tutto. La zona è ricca di locali e anche supermercati, il tutto a pochi passi a piedi

Cons:

La nostra camera si affacciava su una strada molto trafficata e durante la notte si sentivano parecchi rumori, ma comunque tutto molto sopportabile

Pros:

In quel lettone morbido ho dormito come un bambino, la posizione era veramente ottima, il quartiere ha ogni tipo di servizio, 15 minuti di metro e sei nella grande mela, qualche vagabondo c'è come in ogni parte di NY ma noi sinceramente non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo...polizia ad ogni angolo...consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

La porta del bagno è una mantovana, quindi non hai il massimo dell'intimita personale, il riscaldamento un po' rumoroso, ma con la stanchezza che hai la sera non ci pensi...
