Pros:

The people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The extra parking lot is across the street. The lobby had a small store with a nice selection of food and drinks options. My daughter loved the music theme and the pie number theme window shades.

Cons:

From the moment we walked in, the first room we were given had a terrible smell. We find out it was because of a broken toilet that had apparently been used and didn't work to flush anymore. Then, we were given another room which was a double queen instead of a king like we reserved. That room's bathroom door didn't close all of the way. Also, it had 3 light switches - one for the bathroom, one for the master and one for the bedroom - however, only one light switch worked all the lights in the room. When someone got up in the night to use the bathroom they had to turn on all of the lights in the room and wake up people and the same with early in the morning. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Staff and lobby was good but room was just ok would not care for it.
Pros:

staff was very friendly and cooperative no complaints there. they were very helpful and very satisfied with them from desk to housekeeping greeted with smile and was ready to help with anything. They were A+

Cons:

Room was ok but did not care for how the bathroom was. Flush made very weird hard sound, shower handle came off and so was hard to control temp. But housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed anything I told her and she sent someone to fix. Shower door was letting water out had to put towels on the floor. Toilet door was open on side and had no privacy. Also did not like coffee machine and things next to toilet I did not use it as it felt very unhygienic. TV kept on turning on stayed for a min or two and turned off every few hours it disturbed my sleep.
