Een hotel waar je je snel vertrouwd voelt.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel aardig, heel behulpzaam en altijd aanwezig. Het ontbijt was perfect, met verse stukken fruit; niet uit blik. De afstand tot het centrum was te lopen.

Cons:

Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer. De kraan op de badkamer gaf bij bepaalde standen veel lawaai, ik vrees zelfs door het hele gebouw.

Una habitación muy amplia con sofá y una gran terraza con muy bonita decoración . Lo recomiendo totalmente!! El personal fantástico, un desayuno excelente, la cama muy cómoda, en fin , no me olvidaré de este hotel nunca!gracias!

El mejor personal del mundo, el hotel más lindo!
Pros:

El hotel es HERMOSO, el desayuno es perfecto y la ubicación también está muy bien. Sin duda, debo decir que LO MEJOR del hotel es su personal. Mi tarjeta de crédito no funcionó con su datáfono y todos fueron super empaticos y amables desde el segundo uno, en especial Jennifer. De verdad, he estado en muchos hoteles y no importa lo excelentes que sean, siempre lo más importante es su personal, son todas personas maravillosas. Olvidé el nombre de la chica que hizo su magia con el datáfono, pero gracias por eso! De otro lado y en temas más generales: el desayuno es delicioso, el aseo impecable (el hotel siempre huele rico).

Gracias por todo a todos, especialmente a Jennifer, espero volver porque lo recomendaría a todas las personas.

Cons:

Ojalá solucionen el tema con su datáfono, es lo único que puedo decir que podrían mejorar. En mi habitación en el piso 1 hacia un poco de frio, quizá algo para calentar un poco la habitación vendría bien y el agua se salía un poco de la ducha, son bobadas porque de verdad todo estuvo muy bien.

Die Einrichtung war sehr individuell und das Hotel war super eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Informationen und Tipps gut versorgt. Das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Lage an der Straße war recht gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir sind es doch etwas leiser gewöhnt. Die Lage ist dadurch recht zentral.

Excellent Value for money
Pros:

Hotel Feliz is a small, stylish design hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. It has a fantastic roof terrace offering panoramic views across Palma Bay. The rooftop also features a plunge pool. It’s a great place to unwind after a day exploring. The hotel has its own restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a comfortable lounge area.

The location is excellent. The hotel is in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, next to the harbour. Cala Mayor Beach is a mile away. The hotel is easily accessible by car, with direct routes in and out of the city. Restaurants and cafés line the nearby streets, offering plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. They come equipped with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and are exceptionally clean

Central parking sits directly opposite the hotel, offering great convenience. However, it is expensive, and drivers must navigate extremely narrow entrances and exits, so take care. Street Parking is extremely limited.

What truly sets Hotel Feliz apart is its staff: friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help you feel at home.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet
Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir ein Musical im Auditorium Palma besucht haben. Die Suite ist sehr geräumig, liegt in der 5. Etage. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und die Aussicht auf den Hafen von der Terrasse ist wirklich ein Traum.

Personal an der Rezeption und die Damen beim Frühstück sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Obwohl die Suite mit Klimaanlagen kalt/warm in beiden Zimmer ausgestattet ist, hat man die Räume leider nicht warm bekommen. Auch auf Mallorca ist es im Winter kalt und da sollte etwas gemacht werden, denn die Suite ist nicht günstig und da kann man erwarten, dass es warm wird in den Zimmern.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein und wir haben keinen Platz bekommen als wir um 9.15 Uhr zum Frühstück gegangen sind. So sollte der Tag nicht anfangen.

Sehr süßes Hotel, toll am Hafen gelegen.
Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ca. 40 Minuten, aber eigentlich ein schöner Spaziergang am Strand

Sehr gutes Frühstück, alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht für so viele Gäste zum gleichen Zeitpunkt (8-10 Uhr) ausgelegt. Da es geregnet hat, konnte die Außenbestuhlung nicht genutzt werden, wodurch zeitweise zu wenig Innensitzplätze beim Früstück zur Verfügung standen.
