The shop is not provided, drinking water is normal water and towels are not washed bed sheet not proper clean staff taking extra cash online showing 1600 they have wanted 1800 such as very disappointing.

Poor service, non hygiene, not cleaned properly, kids didn't like it all

Staff behaviour.The hotel has mentioned 12 pm as check out time.But once u reach the staff tells u that 10 am is check out time.And then they charge you extra for that.
Room was very clean and comfortable, they have a very beautiful garden to sit and enjoy, they staff was very welcoming with free tea, and even free dinner.
