Great hotel, good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would certainly stay there again
Pros:

The breakfast had an ok selection but sadly most of the items were cold, which put me off to go for dinners. Not sure if the chaving dishes worked as they should. Room service though was spot on.

Cons:

Cold breakfast really put me off but everything else was great. If they can improve on that 10/10

Завтраки - единственный плюс в этом отеле

Cons:

Отель откровенно уставший. На 4 звезды даже не тянет, о 5 и речи нет. В 10 вечера ресторан закрыт. Номер с открытия не освежали, очень угрюмый. Местоположение не айс, ничего рядом нет.

非常糟糕的入住体验，没有热水，等洗澡三个半小时打了五个电话催，最后在我的要求下才给换房，要不然就假装不理，这不是星级宾馆应该有的服务，差评。希望以后培训员工要积极为客人解决问题而不是一直拖延。作为经常在这里入住的老客人，非常失望。

Great location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as there is a Metro station (Tianjinbinguan) right outside the entrance. This make going around really convenient and easy. Room is comfortable. Only peeve I have is that as a Platinum member, I would have thought that the drinks (soft drinks and juice) are complimentary in the fridge but it turns out it was chargeable. What I really like was that their indoor pool was well maintained.

The room was very spacious and comfortable! Beds were super comfy as well. Staff were all very nice and helpful -
Especially our cleaner. Our rooms were always serviced well and we were always greeted with a friendly smile!

Cons:

Slightly dated and floors were a bit dirty. A bit of a distance to some tourist attractions

Pros:

Room & bathroom were extremely spacious. Carpet had some old stains but other than that, the room was very clean. The window looks out to the lake behind the hotel too, very nice view. Staff were all very friendly. Really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!
