A perfect , confit snake and welcoming place to stay if you need a bit of room and a nice atmosphere .
Pros:

Wonderful , helpful staff who were very welcoming . We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite as travelling from overseas with my son who was going to TJC for college soccer. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen had everything you needed . Breakfast supplied every morning and a Mon - Wed evening drinks and light snacks / dinner was a lovely social atmosphere . I had a late flight back home which meant I had to stay around til 3pm . I was able to use the storage facility and pass my time sitting and reading in the very comfortable lounge area . A perfect place if you are requiring accommodation in Tyler .

How big the rooms were

Cons:

Elevator was out, we were on second floor and I have had knee surgery. They double booked our room and other people tried to get in, it was raining and no coveted place to unload

To small...bathroom dirty...pool small...one elevator is inconvenient...small rooms n small beds. Staff doesn't speak good English....walls are super thin

Perfect for the whole family
Pros:

Excellent location near UT Tyler! Rooms were big with a kitchenette and 2 tvs. The shower had an adjustable head and the pressure was great.

Cons:

The beds were way too hard.
