Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Frequently praised across reviews ("very clean", "smelled really good", "overall cleanliness"); one isolated comment about a dirty bathroom noted but overall cleanliness is a strong positive.
Service
8.3
Generally friendly and helpful staff in many reviews (welcoming, helpful, Zayden resolved room placement), but some serious negative incidents (double charge, rude response, some staff language/communication issues) reduce the score.
Location
9.2
Multiple mentions of excellent/convenient location (near UT Tyler, great location). One complaint about lack of covered unloading in rain, but location sentiment is strongly positive.
Room Quality
8.4
Many reviews praise spacious suites, kitchenettes and comfortable common areas; some guests reported hard beds, small rooms/bathrooms for certain rooms — overall good but mixed on bed firmness and some room sizes.
Amenities
8
Breakfast and evening socials were appreciated and kitchens in suites are a plus; however issues mentioned include closed jacuzzi, small pool, broken elevator and limited waffle maker availability, lowering the amenities score.
Value for Money
8
Many guests felt the property offers good value (suite space, included breakfast), but billing issues (double charge, unexpected card holds) and room-size/bed complaints temper the perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast repeatedly praised and the Mon–Wed evening drinks/snacks were noted as a positive social feature; minor service hiccups (long waffle line, breakfast not always ready) slightly reduce the score.
Overall Experience
8.6
Majority of reviewers report a positive stay (clean, convenient, friendly) with a few notable negatives (billing dispute, elevator/outage, some room issues); net experience aligns with the target overall rating.

Pros:

Don’t even bother going there

Cons:

Very unprofessional staffs, they charge my credit cards twice and when I asked, the staff I spoke to was so rude, she said that I made 2 reservations and checked in in one, how does that make sense. They will be seeing me in court if they don’t refund my money.

A perfect , confit snake and welcoming place to stay if you need a bit of room and a nice atmosphere .
Pros:

Wonderful , helpful staff who were very welcoming . We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite as travelling from overseas with my son who was going to TJC for college soccer. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen had everything you needed . Breakfast supplied every morning and a Mon - Wed evening drinks and light snacks / dinner was a lovely social atmosphere . I had a late flight back home which meant I had to stay around til 3pm . I was able to use the storage facility and pass my time sitting and reading in the very comfortable lounge area . A perfect place if you are requiring accommodation in Tyler .

Disappointed
Pros:

How big the rooms were

Cons:

Elevator was out, we were on second floor and I have had knee surgery. They double booked our room and other people tried to get in, it was raining and no coveted place to unload
