Awesome staff, tidy room., quiet, guests there were well behaved and friendly, coffee available with decent breakfast, not a long wait for elevators, everything was convenient

Very exhausting. Not much sleep.
Pros:

Location. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Air Conditioning did not work during the night! Kept shutting off. The fire lights in our room woke us up in the middle of the night…no fire.

We were travelling with a dog and the process for check-in and the pup was great!

Cons:

More non-dairy options at breakfast would be great. I love eggs and waffles, but they both have dairy, so plain eggs would be a great addition.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean. Staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice. We had a problem with our fridge it was fixed in no time. Pool and hot tub were nice

Disappointed
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable beds . Breakfast is decent

Cons:

We Could hear the neighbors snoring because the walls are so thin and could hear people taking a shower in the middle of the night .
We did not feel safe as there was never somebody at the reception desk . The person in charge seems to hide in the back room .

The breakfast was great!

Cons:

We were a little disappointed that the indoor pool area was extremely hot and humid. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the pool and hot tub for very long.
