It was clean quiet and comfortable with great staff
Pros:

Very nice lady that checked us in. She was outstanding. The room was comfortable clean and quiet.

Pros:

I reported bed bugs, which I got bit up and was only refund at 60 bucks or whatever equivalent to one night. The female staff and the manager might treatment with great disregard and didn't try to help with all that I complained about. Which in addition to the bed bugs there was a dog that was howling and Disturbed my sleep I don't mind pets friendly places . Verifies I saw a roach one night the hall stunk people were smoking in the extended stay because you can smell it clear as day and I'll complain about all this but was still charged the majority of the fees the gentleman I think his name is Justin gave me a slight discount for being an RN when I asked for one but there should have been additional discounts considering how horrendous must say was I have bug bites on me which is disgusting and devastating and traumatizing .

I've never had bug bites in my life and I do want to escalate this to corporate to get an additional discount on my stay. Using voice text D.D

Fair price for a nice stay
Pros:

The location was easily accessible and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway but our room didn’t smell like smoke. It did have an odd smell when we first walked in. It was recently renovated so I wonder if it was new paint or something.

disappointing
Pros:

recent remodel

Cons:

super cheap blinds on the window that did not block light at night; no staff at front desk for normal check out time; no utensils for the kitchenette except for a cutting board; no ice machines--you could use the ice trays in the refrigerator but then what do you do with the ice....; could hear a dog barking somewhere nearby in the place

Pros:

I spent seven days in Omaha during the Men's College World Series and had a great experience at this hotel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the manager was very accommodating by arranging an early check-in. They were also friendly, informative, and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was exceptionally clean, recently remodeled, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked great, the internet was reliable, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in town during a busy event, the hotel was quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, it was exactly what we needed, and I would gladly stay here again.

It's clean, they provide big fridge , microwave. It has stove, you can cook if you want.

Well traveled travel nurse pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is.
Pros:

The property has been nicely renovated. The attention to detail is obvious. I was very surprised at how nice the room was considering it is a “budget” hotel. The location is great. Easy access to shopping and dining. The staff is very friendly, nice, accommodating and available. For example I was surprised to receive a welcome call to ensure that my room was up to my expectations and to offer any assistance if needed. This is something that happens at more expensive hotels typically. I haven’t stayed in a budget hotel in years. As a travel nurse and well traveled person I feel I’m a good judge and this hotel far exceeds “budget” hotel expectations. Kudos to the staff and the owner for upping the ante!!
