We went out to eat breakfast

Cons:

Well I know the reason for the 3:00 entry time but I wish we could have gotten into our room when w arrived but they accommodated us by letting us in early for 12:00 which helped us immensely and we were so appreciative of them bending the rule for our convenience thanks so much we would definitely book a stay again if we were to go back to Omaha again but we have been bragging about the Wood Springs Suites thanks again for a great experience.

Pros:

Didn't like checking into living quarters with no amenities. Even though it is a stay vacation, it's too inconvenient as overall. No night stand,having to bring your linens downstairs for an exchange of clean linens.

Pros:

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and had to cancel after the first night. We had a baseball team there playing for a tournament. They put us in smoking rooms which is awful for youth athletes. lobby absolutely REAKED. had to pay extra for a clean hotel

Mike Lindgerm learned about the problem with roaches and did not release a refund or relocation. I am severly allergic to roaches and he offered to move me 2 rooms down or offered to spray the room with chemicals.

Besides that, he was unacceptably unprofessional. Mr. Lindgerm stated that he would have issued a refund if I hadn't spoken about the roach issue in front of customers. He raised his voice as he got frustrated with the situation.

Additionally, I was racially profiled. He treated caucasian customers very distintly than I was treated. As soon as I walked into the office, I felt discriminated against.

When I gave him the roach, in a paper towel, he recieved it with disgust. He later stated that he was not aware of any roaches and was unsure that I got the roach from the property.
