Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Changed our room when Aircon didn't work.
Pretty empty so had pool to ourselves.
It was a bit tired, but did the job.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

It's pretty old and had some broken furniture and looked a bit tired.
I looked for pools and gyms across our USA trip, but the gym was pretty poor. Some dumbbells, bench wasn't adjustable, a treadmill and some other multi machine.
Was right of the highway, so not allot to do, but it was just a 1 night stopover.

I pre paid it was 100.10 when I got there they told me I would be charged 118.00 it was fixed later

Rough. We also were double charged for our room and when contacting the office I have yet to receive a reply.

Cons:

The first room was still dirty. The second room was damp. We went to bed with no control over the thermostat. We woke up and everything was wet from an issue with the ac unit.

If it wasn't for the staff this would be a 0 out of 10.
Pros:

The staff is always head and shoulders above any other staff in the area.

Cons:

The place is just as I expected. The place is old and the furniture in the room is falling apart. The drawers on the credenza were taped shut because they wouldn't stay closed but they kept flying open. The extra lounge chair in the room had stains and appeared filthy, there were clear stains on the headboard. Seriously it was gross. The grout in the bathroom was black in spots. It was just not clean. If you get icked out, this is not the place. I went for a funeral so I didn't have a choice, but the ick was real! Oh and the elevator was past the inspection date while we were there. I know the place is old but the things they can do are simple and that is deep clean, nail the drawers shut (who needs a drawer) and shampoo the fabric chairs and for goodness sake keep up with inspection of the one elevator you do have. Lastly they no longer have a vending machine while the vending machine sign still remains.

Pros:

Close to interstate

Cons:

Unclean , needs major updates. We didn’t shower because we didn’t feel it was clean, could barely sleep.

If you just live dirty you may be okay with this place but it’s definitely not for sanitary people.

Additionally we got 2 rooms, and the kids room smelled like weed when we went in, and my husband found a pieced of it laying in the floor . We didn’t ask for a new room cause after a 10 hour drive we just decided to pretend we were camping 😂 I didn’t walk around without shoes it’s just so bad. Also the fire alarm was covered and taped lol

Lady at the desk was nice.
