Disappointed.
Pros:

Good location near city center and Bays Mountain.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Covered with stink bugs. I have stayed here before and this room had obviously not been cleaned in a while.

We were refused service!!!!!!!
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel 2 years ago on a trip, and I liked it a lot.

Cons:

I had already prepaid and they refused service to me. They would not let us stay over night--all ready prepaid! I planned on staying at this hotel because it was close to my eye doctors office. I had cataract surgery that morning and needed a follow up appointment the next day. They said we lived too close to the hotel to stay there and that they had a policy. We live 48 miles away in Greeneville!

Best bang for your buck
Pros:

Great place, very clean i booked two rooms for the family and the first comment was that it smells and looks clean. Inside Swimming pool was open. Breakfast in the morning was great. We have stayed at another location (suite) very close by , that was double the price, and inconclusion the best bang for your buck is definitely at the comfort inn.

An excellent place to stay.
Pros:

The facility was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The parking was great. The location was great. Water pressure was good. Lighting was nice. I can’t complain. It was very nice. One of the best hotels we have used in a long time.

It felt like we were at a daycare center with kids running around everywhere and being loud
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

We actually booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and wasn’t able to use it because there were so many kids there just being extremely loud up until it closed at 10pm. We were going to get in around 5:30 and thought maybe it was just a birthday party. We went back around 9:30 to see if we could get in maybe the last 30 mins but there was still about 10 or more kids and several parents in there. It was so crowded and they were so loud we could hear them from our room. The parents didn’t seem to care that other people were there to relax and it was somewhat disrespectful. They were yelling and running around even in the hall until a little past 10pm so we never got to enjoy getting in to relax. Everything else about the hotel was great we were just disappointed at the noise level from the kids and their parents and the fact that there was no time for anyone else to enjoy the pool. My husband and I raise our grandchildren and only get away maybe twice a year and it was just disappointing that we didn’t get to use the pool or get to relax as we had hoped to.
