Pros:

The location is very good for shopping and eating, near the Queensbay mall.

Cons:

The air conditioning is too cool for me. Even I told to the counter staff, no one appeared to fix this problem.

Pros:

Had a pleasant stay at Eastin Hotel Penang. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, especially if you're around Bayan Lepas, with plenty of food places nearby. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.👍🏻

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have a hand bidet, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was good.

Pros:

Everything . The facilities was great . The room was very clean . There was complimentary offer for the minibar items which the hotel offer many drinks and snacks

Breakfast - Tasty and full of choices.

Cons:

1) Room - We stayed in 1405, it is a suite. We were happy when we checked in until the next day when my children and husband woke up with plenty of bed bugs bite on their feet. I did not expect this from a suite room.

2) Swimming pool - We did not get towels, husband called for staff to take towel, took the staff more than 20 minutes to come back with limite supply only to be hogged by another family who took 5 towels and another who took the rest. We did not get it eventhough we were the one who called the staff. Staff did not replenish the towels until we were done swimming that we had to ask from the other family to give us one towel.

Percutian ini menjadikan kenangan yang tidak dapat dilupakan. Walaupun percutian ini unplanned.
Pros:

Bilik sangat best. Makanan sedap. Pool best sambil nampak kapal terbang. Anak2 suka.

Cons:

Paip dalam toilet boleh di perbaharui untuk kesesuaian customer Islam.
