It is still worth the value.
Pros:

The young chinese male staff (sorry, I forgot the name) supporting the front desk was indeed very helpful and polite in greeting and directling us to our room. We were given a room with bed type that we requested. Extremely convenient to great eatery places and nearby Queen Bay shopping mall was just a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom shower's water pressure is really low and the hot/cold water mixing valve didn't function well. You will have difficulty in toggling the mixing valve postion to get the desired water tempaerature. The air-con fan speed seems to be same for speed 1, 2, 3. The room temperature adjustment dial doesn't function properly, there is no diffrent to set room temparature to 26 degree C or 20 degree C, or even 18 degree C, it made no differences and need to turn it off completely as the room temperature was extremly cold and the room temperature adjustment dial generated disturbing noises during midnight.

The receptionist at the entrance had a bright smile.

Cons:

On the first day of my stay, the front desk staff did not inform me that bringing durians into the room was prohibited, nor did they clearly explain the related rules. They only provided documents for me to sign without specifically mentioning that a fine of MYR 500 would be imposed for bringing in durians. When I raised this issue with the hotel manager, he simply replied that the information was stated in the booking details. However, if guests are expected to discover everything on their own and the front desk does not take the initiative to explain, I believe this is a way for the hotel to earn additional revenue through fines, which left me very disappointed.
