Pros:

This hotel was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The Japanese Emporer stayed at The Ridge during the Nagano Winter Olympics.

Pros:

The property is fairly good and well maintained. The breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming for the price. It lacks an Onsen which is a bit inconvenient having to use the public ones. The shuttle service is quite basic so most days you'll have to walk to the restaurants or take an expensive cab.

We had a good stay in the property. Great location. Walking distance to the Hoppo One. Complimentary grocery shopping service once a day, which is very helpful. Breakfast has limited options. Overall we had a good stay here. We will be back soon

Absolutley beautiful property in a great location. The convenient location is opposite Rhythm Snowsports and a short walk to the complimentary bus service for transport around the various Hakuba ski resorts. The staff were completely lovely and very easy to talk to and the room was in great condition and very spacious for my partner and I. Will definitely be returning.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The room was just what we needed and it was nice having a little kitchen area. Couldn't beat the view from the large windows either! Location was perfect for just a short walk to Happo One. Super convenient. Definitely reccommend this property!!

Very clean. Good location within walking distance of Happo One lifts. Simple buffet style breakfast…not North American style gluttony but more then enough for most.
Room had simple kitchen with fridge, microwave and hot plate.
You will need to use hotel shuttle or free Hakuba shuttle to access onsens, grocery stores, a lot of restaurants and any ski areas other then Happo One.

Pros:

今回2家族10名で210号室(デラックスアパートメント)に宿泊しました。
部屋はとても広く、清潔で快適でした。他の部屋と離れているので、とても静かでした。
スタッフの方は片言の日本語ですが、とても感じが良く、親切でした。
白馬八方尾根スキー場まで歩いていけるので便利です。
また宿泊したいです。

This hotel is awesome, first of all the interior is very tasteful and chic. The front desk people were polite, cooperative, friendly and provided us with a for Japan unimaginable service....they let us check out late....really late. We left in the morning to go skiing and returned late in the afternoon and we were allowed to use our room for a shower. Fantastic unforgettable service! The nearest ski area was closed due to covid, but happo ski area is a 10 minute walk away or you can take the shuttle bus. The happo ski area is aimed at intermediate and upper intermediate skiiers and the atmosphere is not that good. You can however go to the other nearby ski areas which all have free parking and are much better for boarding and or beginners and kids. We will surely stay here again, thank you for everything!

Nice clean large rooms with large windows with nice views of surrounding forest and Happo-One. Right across the street from ski rental shop (Rhythm) and very short drive to ski lifts. Staff very helpful and courteous. The only downside was the closed hotel restaurant during my stay due to COVID-19 consequences. Small inconvenience, there are other options in Hakuba. Will return for sure on my next trip to Hakuba.
