Cons:

Floor was dirty and the bathroom smelly once the fan it’s off. What’s happen if you leave the room for longer. The elevator was slow in response to the bottoms. Few times pressing before he accepted. The TV have no internet access which is in 2026 not acceptable at all. It was also very noisy from outside the room. Maybe because of the careless neighbors.

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas d'Alexanderplatz, la chambre est très propre, les lits confortables, je pense que l'hôtel a dû être récemment refait à neuf. La réception est ouverte 24h/24 et il y a la possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la bagagerie. Personnel très sympathique. Je recommande.

Cons:

Notre chambre était un peu bruyante car située au 1er étage juste au dessus de l'entrée de l'hôtel donc bruit des personnes en bas et du tram qui passe devant mais c'était supportable.

令我不满意的不是酒店，而是booking！
booking将green hotel 中文名称弄成宜必思酒店，其实，这个酒店跟ibis一点都没关系。我们按中文名称找酒店，在酒店附近，来来回回，找了一个多小时也没有找到。当时是午夜了，我们又累又困又饿，在柏林街头有些绝望。幸亏几个当地人帮助，才找到酒店。
按理，你们应该给我们一些补偿。
现在，你们给酒店中文名称还是宜必思酒店，没改！应该是抓紧纠正了！

Security in der Nacht hatte keine Ahnung von einem Stromkasten (hatten im Zimmer einen Kurzschluss und daher Stromausfall) , weiß jeder Mensch wie man das behebt...Somit kein Strom bis zum nächsten Morgen bis der Techniker kam...
Frühstücksbuffet sehr eng zusammengestellt da nicht so viel Platz...Zu viele Menschen können gleichzeitig zum Frühstück gehen und mussten teilweise auf ein Platz warten bzw. Man selbst hatte den "Druck" sich zu beeilen weil man Platz machen wollte...Vllt in Zeitfenster arbeiten wenn die Möglichkeit nicht besteht mehr Sitzplätze zu schaffen...
