Pros:

He estado dos fines de semana seguidos y hubo mucha diferencia entre uno y otro debido al tamaño de la habitación. El segundo fin de semana la habitación era el doble de grande y por tanto mucho más cómoda. Aunque a la pequeña no le faltaban comodidades.
Puertos usb para cargar los aparatos electrónicos.
Espejo de aumento en el baño.
Secador de calidad.
Buen desayuno, con variedad y calidad.
La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad.

Cons:

El ascensor era muy lento.
Las habitaciones podrian estar mejor insonorizadas, se oian las puertas de las otras habitaciones y el tranvía pasar cerca
El segundo fin de semana tuve que elegir hora desayuno, y no podía ser entre las 8 y las 9 y media por estar lleno,, con lo que me limitó la libertad de elegir.
