They are very generous with Check.out time, allowing ample time to get ready. Similarly they breakfast time is also well extended

From the moment I arrived at Sankara Nairobi, Autograph Collection, the experience was outstanding. The hotel’s atmosphere is elevated by beautiful, curated art throughout the property, giving it a refined yet distinctly local character.
The service was impeccable, professional, warm, and consistently attentive. A special mention to Mr. Krishna Unni, Group General Manager, whose personal attention and leadership clearly set the tone for excellence across the team.
Small details made a big difference. The local coffee selection was exceptional, and the thoughtful touches, like the charming animal collection gifts, added a unique and memorable element to the stay.
The gym experience was another highlight. The instructor took the time to design a personalized exercise routine specifically aimed at relieving travel-related stiffness and fatigue, which made a noticeable difference and showed a genuine commitment to guest wellbeing.
