The management team at the Sankara should be proud of all under their management and people like Edith, Sven and Philip goes the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable. Absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the energy, service and ambiance was top-tier. The staff were incredibly especially our guide Edith Valentine who made everything feel effortless, exciting and perfectly planned. She was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best time possible. The food was amazing and the facilities were pure luxury. I laughed, relaxed and genuinely had the most fun I’ve had in a long time. This place knows how to mix comfort with good vibes. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great experience. The food was superb both the meat and the fish. What really gave it the edge- THE FANTASTIC SERVICE. Kuddos to Pauline muthama and Humphrey Omengo were truly exceptional.

Amazing experience. The property is lovely and well maintained. The location is very nice. The best part of my stay was the incomparable service. Everyone- especially Georgia, Catherine & Sharon- could not do enough. Nothing seemed too great to ask. Georgia, in particular, worked hard to help return something I lost on my trip from the airport.

This is my second time returning to this on Cara hotel. Again it has always been a great trip. What makes it even more relaxing stay as the hospitable team of hosts and staff that make your stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout out to front desk host, Philip, for his always helpful attitude with a smile, my dedicated room attendant Nick for always tidying up my room and replenishing, coffee and tea. And another shout out to the Jim manager Joseph for his awesome anttitude and help with managing the gym facility. You couple this with the great amenities and delicious food. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

This urbane oasis in the midst of thumping Westlands was a wonderful experience. The staff went out of their way to welcome us, from the warm cup of dawa they served us at check-in to the smiling service they gave us at the rooftop eatery to the gift of the "Sankara Six" they surprised us with when we were checking out. The breakfast buffet was luxurious--we had more varieties of jam and fruit than I knew existed, not to mention everything on offer from eggs to samosas to wimbi porridge. The sauna was a treat! Our room was clean and comfortable and very well-kept with an almost wall-sized view of the city. It's also conveniently located right opposite Art Caffe and Sarit shoppng center.

A luxury Hotel in the heart of Nairobi . The very good breakfast was served at the rooftop bar. The staff was very friendly ! We had a big and luxury Junior Suite.

From arrival to departure, we were well looked after by very attentive staff. The location is convenient, just across the street from a shopping mall. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and a good selection of pastries, all freshly made and carefully displayed, making the best use of a relatively small space. We had a room with executive lounge access, which was worth it because food on order and drink selection during the happy hours are great value and quality. The hotel has 24hr (1!) room service with food of dining-in quality. Graze Steakhouse located within the hotel premises is a must to dine in. They use all locally sourced ingredients – meats from Laikipia county of Kenya – with side dishes and desserts to die for.

Hotel location is great, staff are amazing and overall a good experience. Having lived some 40 yrs in Kenya and then emigrated, the lounge access was perfect for me to invite my friends to catch up.

Breakfast was amazing. Best shakshuka I’ve ever had. All staff were very friendly & fabulous service. Clean rooms with comfy bed.

Extraordinary service from Jane...

Had a wonderful time, Emanuel was very pleasant and welcoming, he was also very quick to serve. The vybe was great and the drink was okay. The arrowroot crisps on the side was delicious, i didnt expect that.
