We stayed one night at the Sankara Nairobi, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we pulled up, the staff were super friendly and attentive! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. We dinner at the roof top bar. The manager was at the front and promptly greeted us and sat us at our table. He made a fantastic drink recommendation, penicillin #2! Our server Rachel was great and took care of our every need! Chefs kiss to the food… we enjoyed everything we ordered! Upon leaving, the manager came back over, asked about our experience and left us with a parting gift. It was a box set of beautiful stone animals! Our stay was great and I would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

We love this hotel. It is located in a great position in Westlands, which is convenient for local amenities and for friends and family who live nearby. The reception team is incredibly helpful and friendly. The remodel of the ground floor and first floor is stunningly beautiful, and most of all, the food, led by the executive chef Jeff Gitonga, is so delicious. He, his pastry chef, and his whole team have created an incredibly varied and tasty breakfast, and they go out of their way to accommodate our requests. It feels like coming home.
I hope the management update/upgrade the swimming pool on the 7th floor soon.
The room was good, the food delicious, and the location convenient. But what really makes the Sankara stand out is the friendly and helpful staff. We received great service from the front desk (shout out to Edith and James), at breakfast (Evalyn and Vivian), at the executive lounge (Chantal and Hillary), at dinner (Sven), and the gym (George and Joseph). Sankara has become our go-to hotel in Nairobi.
