Lovely hotel in Sofia; highly recommend!
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights, and thought it was an excellent value, and highly recommend it for a Sofia stay! In particular, we liked it's very central location, which was walkable to restaurants and most sites, comfortable accommodations, friendly and helpful staff and parking (for a reasonable fee) if you're planning on taking day trips. Tip: try to book a room with a balcony (we stayed on 7th floor, which had some.) It adds a luxurious touch to have that lovely patio, view and place to relax. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Pros:

We had a room with balcony. Nice to be able to sit out on. Room was large and spacious and had everything needed , including office area too work.
Great location near all central sights and metro
Good breakfast choice.

Cons:

One of the balcony chairs was in poor condition. The door to balcony failed to open. These were both remedied by hotel. I would expect checks on furniture condition to be standard, rather than wait for customer to complain.
There was no walk in shower, it was over the bath

Gute Lage! Vorallem das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Herzen von Sofia. Grosses Zimmer

Cons:

Auf dem Zimmer gibt es Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Gut. Aber obwohl ich 7 Tage gebucht hatte, gab es zusätzlichen Kaffee nur auf Wunsch an der Reception. Der Zimmerservice ist nicht zuständig für das Auffüllen des Kaffees.

Udoben in prijeten hotel in prijetno osebje. Zajtrk je bil manjši, ampak res več zanimive zbire, sva bila zelo navdušena. Toplo priporočam.

perfekt für einen Stadtbesuch
Pros:

direkt in der Stadt, alles fussläufig erreichbar, tolle Stadt, Parkplatz vorhanden (mit Einparkservice, dafür aber nicht ganz billig), sehr gutes Frühstück Buffet, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

es war doch relativ laut (weil stadtnah), Parkplatz teuer

Excellent - would happily return
Pros:

Breakfast - plenty of variety on the breakfast buffet. My room was very clean and quiet. Location - just off Vitosha Bvd so sights and metro all in easy access. The staff were all very helpful and friendly - reception is covered 24hr. As a solo female traveller, this is a hotel that I would be very happy to use again.

Cons:

Nothing really - there's no in-house restaurant for dinner but there are so many places on nearby Vitosha that this really isn't a problem.

Small, smart hotel in great location
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous - lots of choice, good bread, good espresso, seriously addictive kyropolou, always some kind of Bulgarian pastry. Nice quiet location, just off main street. Great restaurant next door, lovely wine bar over the road, metro about 10 min walk. Friendly and not too big.

Nothing.

it is a very comfortable and extremely clear hotel with a helpful and kind staff, the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the city center, yet the rooms are quiet.

Cons:

I missed scrambled eggs from the breakfast, but that's just my favorite, the breakfast was plentiful, I was especially happy with the local products in the breakfast
