The receptionist was a very kind young student who helped us a lot. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Los recepcionistas atendieron espectacular. El hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación excelente y la habitación y el aseo, muy bien

El tema fue con el desayuno. Teníamos un tour temprano y quisimos pedir una colación para llevar, pero no fue posible porque el desayuno comienza a las 7:30 y, aunque esté listo antes, no permiten sacar nada.
Esperamos desde las 7.15 hasta las 7:30, con nuestro chofer de taxi nervioso y molesto por la espera. Llegada la hora, la persona que nos atendió no nos dejó llevar ni siquiera un trozo de queque, a pesar de que habíamos pagado todos nuestros desayunos. Se preocupó más de anotar nuestras habitaciones que de darnos una solución, y la atención fue rígida y de mal humor. Finalmente salimos con un trozo de queque y las otras dos personas que iban con nosotros se fueron sin nada.
Al día siguiente, su compañero nos atendió de muy buena forma y sin tanta estructura, lo que demuestra que sí se puede.
Sugiero que la administración contemple una colación para los huéspedes que salen temprano a excursiones, ya que el desayuno está incluido, sobre todo cuando es el mismo hotel el que promociona muy bien los tours, asi facilitan la estancia a los huéspedes.

Pros:

L'emplacement bien sûr, on peut visiter les monuments les plus importants à pied. Le personnel sympathique. On était arrivé vers une heure du matin et on a trouvé une personne à la réception qui nous a bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner très correct.

Super locatie, vriendelijke mensen, mooie en propere kamer

Cons:

Is een opgeknapt hotel maar komt hier en daar toch wel verouderd over. Er was airco in de kamer maar die leek het niet echt te doen. In de nacht was het heel warm en met het raam open kwam er veel lawaai van het straat. Aan het ontbijt was het heel druk en geen plaats. Wij sliepen nog in een ander hotel de dag erna. Als we de prijs-kwaliteit vergelijken, kregen we daar wel meer voor ons geld.

המיקום של המלון.הצוות היה יעיל וניסה לפתור בעיות.. המלון היה מרכזי אך שקט .מסביב היוהמון מסעדות בתי רפה חניות.

Cons:

אמבטיה ממש גרועה.אין לחץ מים.היה צינור באמבטיה שלא ניתן להוריד אותו.בשירותים היתה נזילה בתוך האסלה.
אני הזמנתי סוויטה .היו חלונות קורובים לתיקרה שאור השמש נכנס וסינוור אותי.
והחמור ביותר שלא מפעילים מזגן על קירור, אלא רק איוורור ,למרות שהימים היו די חמים .בעיקר הרגשתי זאת משום שהייתי בקומה 7.והחדר קיבל שמש חזקה בשעות הצהריים. פקיד הקבלה ניסה לעזור והביא מאוור לחדר.כשהזמנתי את החדר בתמונה לא היה חדר עם חלונות
בתיקרה.ונאמר שיש מזגן.
זה לא מלון של 4 כוכבים כפי שזה מפורסם.
חבל מאוד כי רק עם שיפורים קטנים
המלון יכול היה לקבל ציון גבהוה יותר.

המלון מעולה, פקיד הקבלה שקיבל אותנו היה מאד אדיב, אך לצערנו פקידת הקבלה איכזבה ופגעה ביחס האנטיפתי שלה

מקום שקט ומרכזי, קרוב לשגרת ויטושה, חדר נקי מאד, מעוצב יפה, מרווח, מיטה נוחה.

Cons:

היתה לנו חוויה מאד לא נעימה בזמן הצ׳ק אאוט, כשפקידת הקבלה גילתה חוסר סבלנות ואנטיפתיות, כשנוצרה אי הבנה בנוגע לחיוב עבור החניה. עיכבה אותנו בזמן שהמונית לשדה התעופה חיכתה לנו מחוץ למלון, ורצתה לבטל לנו את המונית. לאחר שסוף סוף הבינה שבעצם לא הבינה אותנו, דרשה ממני בכעס את התשלום (למרות שמלכתחילה הסברנו לה עבור מה אנחנו צריכים לשלם) התנהגה באנטיפתיות, ונתנה לנו את הקבלה עבור החניה בכעס. אותי השאירה עם הרגשה רעה, וחבל שככה סיימה לנו את הטיול.
