La ubicación, habitación espaciosa, atención del personal
En ocasiones la habitación era un poco calurosa.

The location is perfect for staying downtown area and for business travelers. There are many restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops in the area. The staff are highly professional, polite, and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to stay in Sofia on business.
Nothing bad to say.
Everything about the accommodation was excellent. The location was perfect; after parking the car, we could explore the city on foot without needing to take it out. You can reach Vitoshi Boulevard in 2 minutes. We could also reach other attractions from there. As a family with children, being in a central location is important, so I would choose this hotel again if I were to return. Breakfast was also good.

Havde bedt om værelse højt oppe. Fik vi ikke:
Måtte betale for forbedring. TV virkede ikke. Jeg klagede da vi rejste. De sagde de ville ringe, hvilket de aldrig har hjort.

The size of the room and the breakfast have met my expectations.
It was too hot in the room, there is an air conditioner but it was not working properly, and even with a window opened the temperature was too high. The room needs renovation, the sofa and the walls have stain.

Поръчах събуждане по телефона в 4ч сутринта, тъй като имах ранен полет, а предният ден имах проблем с алармите на телефона и реших да имам и друга опция, но никой не звънна. Когато напусках стаята, нямаше никого на рецепция. Разбирам, че смяната на нощна рецепция най-вероятно няма такъв поток от работа както през деня и е възможно да си "почива", но когато има поет анганжимент е желателно да се спазва.
