Excellent location and stay but misleading on use of pool facilities
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location and a nice bar.

Cons:

Advertised a pool and spa as included in the stay, when we went down to use the facilities we were told you can only use it if you have obtained a medical certificate or have had some form of medical check.

一回泊まってみてはいかが？
Pros:

めちゃくちゃ広くてバスタブがあるところ！

荷物2人分広げても大丈夫やし、ベッドルームとリビングルーム分かれてるからゆっくりとくつろぐことが出来る！

隣にイーマートがあるから食料品とか買いたかったら便利！

VIVANTに出てきた病院のロゴが見える！

Cons:

バスタブに付いてるシャワーが天井から動かなくて
向きも傾いてるからあれで浴びるのは不可能と感じた。

なのでバスタブにお湯を張って一生懸命に洗った笑

確かに古びてるけどレトロで良き！

We loved it! The location can't be beat. You can find anything you need in the Emart just steps away
Pros:

After a few months staying in humbler accommodation, we treated ourselves. The location is superb for getting around hard-to-get-around UB.

Cons:

The staff were very helpful, but not much English is spoken for this class of hotel.

Bien situé, parking un peu short, car hôtel utilisé également pour des mariage , des bals étudiants, des conférences. Mais malgré cette activité, hôtel très calme.

Pros:

L'esmorzar era molt bo, les habitacions àmplies i molt còmodes. Està ben situat, al costat d'un gran centre comercial amb supermercat, restaurants...

Cons:

No té gaire importància, però la nevera de l'habitació feia molt soroll.

Would stay again
Pros:

Thanks to all the kind receptionists I was able to get all the helps I needed. Most helpful to book restaurants and massage, importantly, they were always eager to help me. The room was very clean. Made my trip safe and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was kind of dated but the staff and spce made up for it

Fantastic stay with exceptional service!
Pros:

Excellent experience at the Chinggis Khaan Hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, and very comfortable. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the staff-everyone especially Shijre and Bahdal was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great first-floor bar, and having an E-Mart right next door is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ulaanbaatar!

Cons:

Great service and large rooms, Wi-fi was little bit awful overall excellent!
