Pros:

I arrived after a long flight and was really tired, so I just wanted to get to my room quickly and take a shower. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent.

The reception staff, Reida and Damba, were very friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant called Shulndu, where the food was really delicious and very affordable — less than $3!

I also really enjoyed having Chinggis Beer at the Bitter Bar in the lobby. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed my experience here. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and centrally located, with friendly staff.
Pros:

Centrally located in Ulaanbaatar, very walkable to everything around the main square, includes sites, restaurants, etc. Rooms were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Chinese restaurant was not a good experience. We arrived in the restaurant around 3:00pm and wanted to order some food. We were told the food we wanted was not available, and had to ask what dishes we could actually order. the food took a while to arrive at the table. We were sure to eat elsewhere the rest of the trip.

Cons:

В номерах нужен ремонт, при цене в 15.000 рублей в сутки за стандарт не хочется наблюдать отверстия на стенах от крепления ТВ, разводы на потолке от потопа минувших лет и т.д

Excellent location and stay but misleading on use of pool facilities
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location and a nice bar.

Cons:

Advertised a pool and spa as included in the stay, when we went down to use the facilities we were told you can only use it if you have obtained a medical certificate or have had some form of medical check.

一回泊まってみてはいかが？
Pros:

めちゃくちゃ広くてバスタブがあるところ！

荷物2人分広げても大丈夫やし、ベッドルームとリビングルーム分かれてるからゆっくりとくつろぐことが出来る！

隣にイーマートがあるから食料品とか買いたかったら便利！

VIVANTに出てきた病院のロゴが見える！

Cons:

バスタブに付いてるシャワーが天井から動かなくて
向きも傾いてるからあれで浴びるのは不可能と感じた。

なのでバスタブにお湯を張って一生懸命に洗った笑

確かに古びてるけどレトロで良き！
