Great stay
Pros:

Great facilities and very friendly welcoming staff. Close to everything.

Cons:

Please put some plates and cutlery- extra toilet paper and a shower cap in the room as standard - you can get them but you have to ask - love the water station

The staff were so helpful
Especially Patrick and Maddy on Reception
Beautiful clean room with fabulous facilities

Cons:

It was right in the beach but slightly out of Wollongong centre
But if you’re looking for a beach location it is ideal

Pros:

Staff were absolutely awesome, very friendly, professional and nothing was a problem. The hotel’s proximity to the beach, city & WIN Stadium is great. A short walk to everything!

Cons:

Slightly dated facilities, but super clean & well-preserved & presented.

Excellent location and excellent customer service from staff
Pros:

Excellent customer service from the reception staff. I can’t thank them enough! All Staff went above and beyond to assist us to check in and help us with the services and locations venues and entertainment on at the stadium. I have stayed at the sage multiple times for both work and personal stays. My son thoroughly enjoyed the basketball game at Win stadium aswell
