Wir waren mit dem Camper unterwegs wollten aber mal 2 Nächte im Hotel schlafen. Gibt einen großen Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke.

It was good but not great.
Pros:

The size of the room was suitable, the space was comfortable, and the view was excellent.

Cons:

There were ants around the coffee machine and tea box — we observed at least one, though it was unclear whether this was an isolated occurrence or part of a larger issue. It would be worth having this checked. The shower head was also quite small.

We used room service during our stay. Breakfast was fine; however, dinner arrived late and the food was cold.

Being charged for a roll away bed as my 2 boys were too old to sleep together no additional people were staying they just didn’t want to share a bed

Apart from the mix up at check in we really enjoyed the stay. Nice hotel, good location and great breakfast
Pros:

Great location with walking access to restaurants, City beach, local brewery.
Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and such a great variety

Cons:

Upon checking our room was given to another person with same name then as that person had paid for our room the staff made us pay that person rather then us paying for our own room directly to the hotel and the hotel reimbursing the other person.
