Love this Hotel! Have been staying here for 4 or 5 years. The staff is wonderful, the location is great, the rooms are spacious and bright, and both restaurants are excellent. Did I mention the Gym, the many other neighborhood restaurants, or the great weekend market? A great place to stay!

I highly recommend staying here!!! The staff made it a home away from my home in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the team at the hotel during my stay. In particular, Rose Claire (RC) from the housekeeping team: my room was consistently spotless, beautifully arranged, and genuinely welcoming every time I returned. RC showed real care, and it's obvious she takes great pride in her work.
Overall I felt really welcomed by everyone, from the security at the door to the FOH and restaurant staff, but I'd like to leave a special mention to RC.
Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I hope to return real soon.

Awesome service. Ruth was very helpful and attentive. Expectations were met. Bottle water daily, cool and comfortable room with balcony and close to everything. The resto downstairs were awesome. Live their daily breakfast. Staff are awesome over all. Clean gym too

MISLEADING ADVERTISING of “Welcome Amenities” as a special treatment for priviledged guests like influencers/content creators while ordinary guests who paid more didn’t get the same treatment.

Pablo Bistro “no smoking” sign outside: Words from the waiter that we called out “we let the regular customers smoke, because we can’t do anything about it.” What happened to the Makati no-smoking ordinance?
The Hotel and Amenities
The hotel is truly impressive. It is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of creative touches that make both the rooms and common areas feel vibrant and welcoming. The location is another big plus, as it is close to a park, great restaurants, and everything you might need during your stay.
I especially loved the little extras that make the experience memorable, such as the well-equipped gym and the art exhibit room that highlights Filipino artistry and talent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials already provided.
The Team and Service
We had the pleasure of working closely with the hotel team for professional arrangements. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even those outside of our initial plans, and they consistently kept us informed. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care truly stood out.
I would like to give a special appreciation to Ms. Vange, Sir Karl, and their wonderful team too. They have mastered the balance of being warm and approachable while remaining highly professional. Every interaction felt sincere and effortless, and it truly made our collaboration something to look forward to.
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for business or leisure. You will be well taken care of by people who truly value their guests.

From the start, they made sure all details were clearly shared during the oculars and even went the extra mile to customize the food and room arrangements to fit our budget without compromising quality.
They’ve been so accommodating to all our requests and very responsive, even during weekends. We truly appreciate how patient, reliable, and proactive they were in helping us make everything work smoothly.
What stood out most was their dedication during the typhoon, they went out of their way to find another venue that could meet our requirements, just to make sure our activity could still push through.

Our company booked several rooms and a function room for 2 days (originally 3 days) and I admit, we were really taking the time to decide on the food for the workshop since we were from a global team and our timezone is kind of affecting it and I apologized for the delay many times but this Vange replied sooo rude and unprofessional yet saying that it was wrong sent (like, really?). I do work with customers too and I know how frustrating it is and we are only humans but still, we asked nicely and apologized for our delay but yet this employee gave us this attitude that made our trip kind of edgy as we kept on thinking that all the staffs are like this on our whole stay.

This is my 4 time staying here. Staff are always friendly, and the bell person at the front door remembers me from my previous stay. Easy to walk to Ayala Triangle Park and other great locations.

I’ve always stayed at hotels the likes of Shangri La, SEDA and Fairmont and decided to try something different. Sure glad I did! Love the cleanliness, personality and overall ambiance projected by the Picasso Hotel. Definitely will be back !
A pleasure to return to this property. Checkin was accomplished quickly and courteously. When I requested an iron and board the housekeeping was already at my door when I arrived. The studio was well furnished, modern and very comfortable, with efficient, quiet and easily adjustable a/c. During my stay, I dined a couple of times at Pablo's, conveniently on the ground floor (well recommended)..this hotel remains my go-to place to stay in Makati. Until the next time!
This property has basement parking that is really convenient for the area. Overall the property is great and I would highly recommend for a stay in Makarti.

An amazing hotel with an even better staff. Right from the folks at the reception, the security guards, the cleaning staff, just unbelievably courteous, polite and genuinely interested in helping the guests. I've lived here for a month and have loved every minute of it. Special shout out to Chloe, she's a superwoman. Always working, always smiling, and just so nice as a person. Give her a raise!
Maybe not everyone’s preference but I love having tile floored rooms than carpets. Loveee this hotel. We stayed 5 nights and location is very convenient.
