We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel, and definitely will choose it in the future.
Pros:

The location is great, the view is fantastic! All the staff members are very friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Makhmud, Murat and Enes (sorry if the spelling isn't entirely correct). Thank you all very much!

Emplacement au top !

Emplacement parfait.
Personnel vraiment très sympathique.
Je n’ai pas pu avoir de chambre avec balcon malgré la demande en raison d’un anniversaire (1er arrivé, 1er servi), on nous a fait porter une assiette de fruits avec de vin en réconfort. (Il aurait été possible d’en avoir une de lendemain.)
Bon petit déjeuner servi à table.

Cons:

La vue des chambres n’est pas extraordinaire car la mosquée est en travaux.
Un rafraîchissement des chambres (moquettes, salle de bain) et de la salle de petit déjeuner pourrait être fait.
Le Rooftop n’est jamais exploité pour les résidents de l’hôtel sauf à y aller spécifiquement (panorama 360). Cela pourrait être sympathique d’y prendre le petit déjeuner. Au delà de 18h, les boissons alcoolisées (obligatoire) sont les plus chères d’Istanbul ! 44€ pour 2 cocktails basiques moyennement réalisés. La vue n’en justifie pas le prix car il y a mieux.

La principal pega es que el desayuno sea cerrado y sólo tengas el mismo desayuno turco todos los días.

The view from our balcony was amazing and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
Pros:

Perfect location for touring the famous mosques and the staff were exceptional in their care, always asking if we needed anything and always accommodating.

Cons:

A chair in the room would have been very helpful as the only place to sit was on the bed or outside on the balcony.
