Forse si può trovare di meglio a Sultanahmet
Pros:

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dalle attrazioni principali.
L'affaccio su Santa Sofia era bellissimo (purtroppo in ristrutturazione), anche la via principale sempre illuminata.
Offrono diversi servizi come la crociera sul Bosforo e il servizio taxi aeroportuale.
Alla reception sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema o curiosità.

Cons:

La camera era un po' datata, anche il bagno e i sanitari non come nelle foto.
Alla reception sono parecchio insistenti nel ricevere il pagamento in contanti per i servizi offerti, come il servizio taxi aeroportuale, nonostante negli alberghi in Turchia (e non solo) ci hanno tranquillamente fatto pagare con la carta. Il problema è che quando prelevi ti tassano e non poco sia nelle banche che negli ATM.
Il phon è molto piccolo, attaccato col filo e di quelli che devi premere fisso il pulsante per farlo funzionare.
Il lato negativo dell'essere così vicino alle moschee è che alle 5/6 di mattina ti svegliano con le loro preghiere all'altoparlante.

Ubicación, desayuno y atención del personal. Todo estuvo excelente. Ideal que la habitación tuviera aire acondicionado. La habitación tenía bonitas vistas.

Very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly. Special attention given to me by Noor and Melissa.
Pros:

Location was excellent for the major attractions.
Bed was very comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot.
Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

My room was a little user unfriendly and small.
Lacked space for suitcase, or a side table for the bed.

Невероятный вид из номера, на крыше хороший ресторан с таким же прекрасным видом и очень хорошим обслуживанием. В целом, очень благодарна персоналу на ресепшн за заботу. Получилась накладка с такси, ребята помогли вызвать надежное такси, успокоили и помогли донести вещи до машины.

Exceptional hospitality from wonderful people
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a beautiful atmosphere.

The room was spotless and impeccably maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The rooftop restaurant offers a breathtaking view, making every meal even more special.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, with a great variety of options. A special thank you to Nur, whose warm smile and joyful laugh made every morning even brighter.

What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Murat, Mahmut, Nur, and Melisa went far beyond my expectations. They helped me with internet access, recommendations, and reservations for the places I wanted to visit. They were always kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making my trip the best it could be.

A very special thank you to Murat for taking the time to help me organize my sightseeing plans and answer all my questions. And my deepest gratitude to Mahmut, who kindly lent me his own metro card when I needed it. That simple act of kindness meant so much to me and is something I will never forget.

Thank you for making me feel so welcome. Because of you, Istanbul became even more special. I will gladly recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I hope to come back one day.

Pros:

The hotel is just wonderful - our room was good size, very clean with all amenities and a breathtaking view of Aya Sofya. The location is perfect. Wonderful turkish breakfast. Nice and very professional staff. All in all as solid 10! Highly recommended!

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber vor Ort nur ein solches Zimmer bekommen. Das andere war viel kleiner als das was wir gebucht bzw bezahlt haben. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnten wir in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln, aber den gewünschten Balkon hatten wir trotzdem nicht.
Es sieht auf den Fotos schöner aus, die Zimmer sind viel kleiner als es auf den Fotos wirkt und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Aperol im Hotelrestaurant kostet 23€
Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche, schön serviert aber es war nicht so unser Fall.
