The location was perfect, the staff were really helpful, particularly Baren.

You simply can't beat the view! Rooms were clean and tidy, although a little small. Very well situated in the heart of the old town, very easy to walk just about anywhere! Staff very friendly and helpful

Der Aufenthalt war top, die Betreiber und Angestellten sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Eines war etwas klein, aber ich konnte dann mit meiner Kollegin tauschen und für sie war es gut. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht sehr begeistert. Alles kam offen auf den Tisch, kein Bufet und der Kaffe ist nichts für Kaffeeliebhaber. Aber es hat viele gute Cafes in der Nähe, also kein Problem.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt zu Fuss relative schnell überall hin.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, wie schon erwähnt.

A beautiful location
Pros:

We have stayed at The and Hotel in Istanbul nearby The Blue Mosque for 6 days, and it is located centrally and yet a bit secluded in a really good and cozy way. The rooms in the hotel had the most beautiful view and there is a refrigerator and private bathroom and toilet in the rooms, which is a big advantage. There is also an elevator. The breakfast is reasonable. The staff is extremely positive, helpful, welcoming and nice. The neighborhood is generally expensive, so it is recommended to look a little further away from there to find cheaper restaurants and places for a drink in the evening! We hereby give the warmest recommendations to stay at Hotel The And ⭐️⭐️⭐️

ould definitely return to this charming hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Rooms were cleaned like new daily. Wonderful location - we could walk almost everywhere and take short breaks when needed. We paid a little more and had a great view of the city.

Cons:

The breakfast offered was a bit disappointing, perhaps more to European tastes, however it was certainly adequate and the best aspect was its convenience...to be able to dine in without going out first thing.

Super friendly hotel and fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location, with easy access to main tourist sites, and loads of restaurants nearby. So lovely to walk around in the evening.
Hotel staff were super friendly and and helpful during our stay.
Room was very clean and comfortable. We had one of the balcony rooms so could sit outside morning and evening with our own private view of the Mosques and across to the Bosphorus, perfect !

Cons:

Only thing is the rooms are small, so double bed is against the wall on one side. Not an issue for uas happy to shuffle up and down the bed, but if you had more limited mobility it might not be ideal.
Also be aware the early dawn call to prayers is loud 😂
Woke us up with a shock on the first morning, but we soon got used to it, and it was lovely to listen to in the evening.

Overall it was good. The location is the prime benefit, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location - right in the center of the main tourist attractions in the FatiH area.

Cons:

Room was very small, the A/C didn't work.

Great stay at The AND Hotel Istanbul
Pros:

The location was great in the Old Town near the Hagia Sophie and the Blue Mosque.
The breakfast was very good.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Elevator.

Cons:

Even though the temperatures outside were cool the room was warmer than we'd like. The website says air conditioning but that may only be in the common areas - our room thermostat did not have an A/C option, only heater. We had to leave our balcony door open when we were in the room, even at night, to cool the room.

Hace unos años el desayunador estaba en el piso alto y la experiencia era insuperable, hoy el desayunador está abajo, no es malo, pero comparativamente con el anterior queda muy por debajo.
