Area kids, piscina e conforto das camas.

Cons:

Transfer para o centro de pipa apenas a partir de 3 diárias. Como o hotel é distante, não faz sentido a restrição.

Programação infantil apenas de quinta à sábado. Como se tratava de um feriadão até a terça, não fez sentido a ausência desse serviço (que utilizei como critério para escolha do hotel).

Não realiza troca de toalhas durante a hospedagem (pelo menos na modalidade de duas diárias), apesar de fornecer toalhas extras pra piscina. Não faz sentido, pois não há espaço pra secagem e a reutilização de toalhas molhadas advindas da piscina não foi interessante.

A localização é muito boa, a estrutura física também, no mais o Hotel entrega pouco pelo que cobra.

Cons:

Parte de restaurante deixa a desejar, cobra muito e entrega pouco.
Tudo é uma dificuldade, um limão espremido no copo só se pagar R$ 6.50 extra.
Pedimos uma bola emprestada e foi negado sob o argumento de que poderia perder
O café expresso se quer vem um petit four (um biscoitinho)
Quarto com cheiro de esgoto
Limpeza fraca, deixaram um saco de roupas de cama e vários de lixo de banheiro jogados no acesso aos quartos de um dia para o outro.
