The hotel staff here doesn't care about guests safety.
Pros:

I couldn't say, it wasn't safe for me to stay there.

Cons:

I booked a room there for a weekend for my room tour, but slept in my car instead and drove home the next morning after hotel staff gave someone my name, room number, and the key to my room without my permission or checking with me if it was okay or safe to do so. They are mow refusing to refund me even though they put my safety at risk and made me feel unsafe staying there.

Awful.
Pros:

Nothing. It was filthy and old. I booked a room with the full kitchen and arrived to a microwave and mini fridge. One of the beds was unmade with no pillowcases and the overall experience was just terrible.

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about the property. The outside areas were overflowing with cigarette butts and cobwebs.

Overpriced but not awful
Pros:

I guess it had a historic vibe that was kind of nice

Cons:

The bathroom was incredibly small, the shower randomly got burning hot, it was clean enough, and the sink made a loud noise every time you turned it off.

This hotel is utterly unacceptable and a waste of money.
Pros:

Clean linens

Cons:

This property is in desperate need of upkeep, modernization and renovation. The room appearance is beyond tired and is dingy, at best. Any claim that there is an effort to keep the historic style is defeated by the appearance of a property that has not been properly cared for.
The sink which is not located in the bathroom but adjacent to it has a faucet which is made for kitchen rather than bathroom use. The water barely hits the bowl and splashes immediately on the counter. The hot water for this location barely exists and varies between warm and cold but never getting hot.
The bathroom is beyond small and there are areas on the walls which show signs of repair but painted in a color that clearly does not match the main color. It is ugly and shows a lack of care as to appearance.
The shower is a almost a total loss. The water temperature never remains consistent and the shower head leaked uncontrollably spraying water onto the ceiling and walls. An attempt to tighten the shower head did not help. The water pressure is less than adequate.
A warning or an advise that the water has a distinct Sulphur smell should be given. It can be overwhelming. I did not trust the water content and brushed my teeth using bottled water.
The Internet functions intermittently and constantly freezes.
The air conditioner works but is placed in the window so that the curtains cannot be fully closed thus prohibiting daylight from entering or making the room dark for sleeping.
The overall quality of the room can best be described as unacceptable.
The entrance to the property is not clearly marked and requires a "guess game."
The property claims to have adequate parking and that is misleading. There are limited non-metered street area parking spots but depending on time they are filled and the only alternative is metered spots.
My ADVICE IS DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Ok if you like some history.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. The room was ok. Considering it is more than 100 years old it was ok but expensive. Great location.

Cons:

Price. A lot of huge spiders at the balcony of the second floor.

Overall it was a nice place, a bit overpriced but clean and nice staff.
Pros:

Conscience to visiting family members

Cons:

You need to walk through a bar to find the hotel reception desk. Steep front step and steep stairs.
