According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

TVs antigas , a porta do quarto não tem chave . O restaurante deixa muito a desejar .

Buena ubicacion.. cerca av. Paulista.. metro.. restaurantes .. museos.. bares.. parques . Barrio seguro y bonito. Las personas del hotel amables siempre diligentes a solucionsr tus requerimientos. Desayuno buffet con muchas opciones.. agradable.. caminando desde el hotel esta todo cerca. Y taxi siempre en la puerra seguros y la terraza con piscina para descansar

They did not allow an early check-in. We were very tired after a long trip, and they were not able to accommodate us earlier than 2:00pm.

Quarto grande, com sala, cozinha, banheiro e closet. Tudo limpo e confortável.
O ar não estava funcionando no modo aquecer, não tinha valores nos doces e quitutes do quarto, tive um probleminha com o meu cartão do quarto, e o café da manhã não era de boa qualidade.
O quarto é bem amplo e limpo. A roupa de cama é de qualidade. A localização é excelente. Os funcionários da recepção foram bem corteses.
O café da manhã era, simplesmente, horrível. Alimentos de péssima qualidade, com aparência de velhos. Sucos aguados. Não tinham, expostos, ovos mexidos. Solicitei e foi feito, mas em pequena quantidade e sem gosto.
O quarto é muito bom, cama , banheiro!! Enfim tudo muito bom
