Holiday Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Spgs by IHG

First of all, I booked one night via Expedia.com and paid in full in early August already; however, the hotel charged me again when we were there last weekend, and did not refund until I contacted them today. The staff is NOT professional and patient at all. He said there was a language barrier and he couldn't understand me?! I have lived in the US for about 15 years and got my Master's degree here; there's no communication issue at all. It's very mean and unprofessional!!! Second, we stayed over the weekend as my kid had a chess tournament, the last round started at 2:30 pm, and I asked the front office can I could check out a little bit late, around 12 pm or 1 pm, so my kid could take a short nap, but they said no and asked me to check out exactly by 11 am. Overall, will never go there!

I rated this stay poor because I got absolutely no rest, I believe I was placed in a suite that was for hearing impaired individual, as I am not hearing impaired this was an issue I dont know if it was a fire extinguisher or what but a bright green light flashed over my bed the entire night??????? and the AC unit was so noisy, it was a wrap for me, I always enjoy my stay with Holiday inn but this stay was a little different I had never experienced the green light flashing before????

My wife and I really liked it especially the Jetted Bathtub

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The room was clean but had a old smell and the iron didn't work. Overall a great experience just needs a little refresh/update and it would be world class!

Staff was amazing the only thing that made this a bad stay the beds are very hard and uncomfortable if I’m spending my time sleeping somewhere the beds shouldn’t feel like rocks also the air was going in and out hot to cold

Was traveling for my son’s basketball tournement so I decided to get a hotel here and arrived June 21st. I went inside got situated and went back to the lobby and asked the lady who was working 3-11 for extra blankets and she said they didn’t have any, HOW?!!? This is a big hotel. Anyways I called again at 10:30pm and asked and she said “we don’t have none” laughed and hung up. Therefore I had to door dash from target a damn blanket.

The location was excellent. The room was absolutely worn out: mattress old,HOLE in bathroom door, dents in bathtub, hair on bathroom counter. So disappointed. The rate was NOT cheap!!

Floor was dirty, pullout bed broken and no bedding available, no bathroom fan, and room not cleaned daily.

Very nice room with separate seating area. Comfortable.

This place is always amazing from service to how clean the rooms are. Our son lives in Oklahoma City and we love staying here when we visit. We also travel with our little dog and they are very accommodating to her as well.

Staff was friendly and the salmon was amazing but they only one person on one small grill to cook person order at a time so it takes 30-40 min maybe an hour to even get your salad. Lots of restaurants around it that would be faster.
