泊まるだけならと割り切れるかどうか
Pros:

急な予約でどこも空いていなくて、土日の値段を考えて、この値段ならと思い予約しました。

Cons:

設備からして古いだろうと感じるホテルでした。気にする人は新しい感じのホテルに行ってしまうだろうなぁと思える。
10時を過ぎると部屋のクリーニングはいられますが、その掃除道具のワゴン・替えのシーツなどは廊下に置かれ、道義保管庫の扉は開けっぱなしで、ホテルという立場なのに裏方を宿泊客に見せてしまうのは…と思いました。

横浜駅へのアクセスは良い
Pros:

駅からの地下道がホテルのすぐ近くまであるので、その点は便利。昭和レトロ感のある雰囲気の良いホテルだった。

Cons:

コンセントの数と位置がイマイチだったが、延長コードがあらかじめ部屋に用意があったので良かった。
ホテルエントランスから半地下下がったところにフロントがあり、重いスーツケースを持っている場合はやや大変かもしれない。

部屋が汚いので次は宿泊先に選びません。
Pros:

お風呂の水圧があり気持ち良くシャワーが使えた。

Cons:

部屋の壁にシミがある。
バス・トイレ　所々黒ずみ汚れがある。
ホテル全体　清掃が行き届いていないと感じました。

昭和レトロ
Pros:

入った瞬間豪華なロビーで緊張したが、受付の方が親切で自然ないい笑顔だった。
ちょうど繁忙期でホテル料金がどこも高い中，こちらはややお手頃価格だった。

Cons:

禁煙ルームのはずだが，ものすごくタバコ？臭かった。ルームスプレーしてしばらくしてまた匂ってくるので壁紙に染み付いていると思われる。
女性でもバスタブ狭い。水道低い。
換気のために窓を開けたが、心配になるくらいドアノブがグラグラしていた。
冷蔵庫の音、トイレと水道の音がものすごく大きい。廊下の声、車の音など色々気になりました。
