Mooi ingericht hotel op een fijne locatie
Pros:

Professioneel en lief personeel. Locatie, mooie inrichting en hygiënisch. 24-uurs receptie.

Cons:

Ontbijt vonden we wat mager. Geen verse juice, matige koffie. Wel heel professioneel en lief personeel.

Une honte !
Pros:

Rien du tout. Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement et la femme de ménage n’était visiblement pas passée. L’appartement était sale, il n’y avait ni draps ni serviettes, des résidus de nourriture étaient présents dans l’évier, les poubelles étaient pleines et il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette.

Nous avons donc été contraints de louer un hôtel à la dernière minute afin d’avoir un endroit où dormir, ce qui nous a occasionné des frais supplémentaires et beaucoup de désagréments.

Beautiful room, chic hotel, centrally located.
Pros:

Location was central to lots of dining options, very close to Metro (2 minutes) we took next day to Cascais, and the room was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will return.

Cons:

A wee bit noisy because it is so centrally located. We just used ear plugs and we slept fine.

Pros:

Good location if you want to be close to the bars and nightlife. Small hotel, easy to reach, in a busy neighborhood. Clean enough, both the room and the lobby. Friendly staff, with 24/7 reception on site.

Cons:

Very small room. Bathroom is like a container inside the room. The window overlooked a very busy street, with people partying till 5am and loud music. No wardrobe, just few hangers. It;s ok for one night, but if you plan to stay longer better think this through.

Habitación amplia, camas grandes y cómodas.
Personal atento y con ganas de agradar.

Cons:

Muy ruidoso, ya te da una pista encontrar un par de tapones para los oídos, cortesía del hotel.
La calle donde está tiene mucho ruido tanto de día como de noche. La habitación necesita otro tipo de ventanas, las que tiene son nuevas pero claramente no suficientes.
Para colmo ruido de obra dentro del edificio desde primera hora.
Por otra parte, el desayuno tiene mucho que mejorar.

Mi sento di consigliarlo e probabilmente lo riutilizzerò.
Pros:

la posizione dell'hotel rispetto il centro e i principali servizi è perfetta!

Cons:

Nel bagno non funzionava la ventola di aspirazione
L'ingresso del bagno presenta una barriera architettonica (porta ad oblò tipo barca) che poteva causare incidenti

Overall a very pleasnt stay.
Pros:

The location is great. Easy access to the main areas of interest in Lisbon

Cons:

The reception. The reception staff are 'hidden' behind two large PC screen. So the welcome and interaction with the guests is very clinical. This is a pity and should be changed. there is no need for such large PC screens on a reception desk.

My room was upgraded to the opposite side of the hotel where noise was no longer a problem!

Es un acierto siempre.
Pros:

Conocía ya el hotel. Bien de ubicación, bonito, agradable de estar. La habitacion y el perdonal muy agradable también. El desayuno correcto, con buen café.

Pros:

The location in the centre was good. However on top of Pink Street it was very noisy. There were many many works in progress in and around the building which did not help to reduce the noise

Cons:

The mattresses were very very very soft. You could still see your body in the mattress after 8hours…
Cushions even worse if possible.
The bathroom is clean but material quite cheap
Breakfast was okay but not more than that.
Staff very into eachother rather than with guests. No good morning. No good evening. No hello no goodbye. Not once.
