De lobby is smaakvol ingericht. Prima ligging.

Cons:

Enorm lawaai. De hele nacht keiharde technomuziek tot een uur of 4 ‘s nachts. Zelfs met de ramen en houten luiken dicht en de door het hotel klaargelegde oordopjes (wat al genoeg zegt) was de muziek te horen. Ze zouden op de website moeten vermelden dat er een rustige kant (zeezicht) is en een zijde aan een feeststraat is. Daarnaast kwamen de drie geboekte kamers niet overeen met de foto’s op de website. Het betrof zeer kleine kamers. Het was bij het boeken niet duidelijk dat er verschil in grote is tussen de kamers.

Excellent central Lisbon hotel
Pros:

Central location, clean boutique hotel, modern design in a traditional building, large king sized bed, excellent shower, didn't do breakfast in the hotel but looked good

Cons:

Coffee making facility in room would have been welcome. Be aware there are lots of discos and bars very close to the hotel but the room soundproofing is very good, triple glazed patio doors and window shutters.

Da localização, limpeza e cordialidade dos funcionários

Cons:

Para quem vai ficar mais tempo, o quarto que eu fiquei é pequeno, não tem um guarda-roupas, mas no meu caso foi só uma noite, resolveu muito bem.

I loved it!
Pros:

The hotel is great! It’s in an amazing location that’s close to a lot of the main attractions! The rooms were really clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

My only comment would be to make the entrance more accessible. It’s really hard to carry suitcases up those stairs.

We felt spoilt staying in this quality accommodation with fabulous views and close to heritage areas

The overall quality of the accommodation and the service provided by the staff.

Cons:

It was a bit disappointing that the elevator didn’t work for two days as we were travelling with a friend who struggled with the stairs to the fourth floor. Also the shutters and bathroom door failed in one room. Otherwise the rooms were lovely with terrific views.
