Pros:

地點很讚，火車站出來過天橋就到了。床鋪支撐度還可以，算好睡。工作人員態度很好，雖然略微陳舊，但看的出來有用心維護，算是相當乾淨。

Cons:

早餐的品項還可以，但飲料太差，咖啡只有苦味又淡，果汁是調味的甚至不是還原果汁。

Disappointing experience – Mold in the air conditioner and poor handling of the issue

エアコン内部のカビと不十分な対応にがっかりしました

2泊の滞在中、客室のエアコン内部に明らかなカビを発見しました。ホテルの清掃状態や設備の衛生管理について、非常に不安を感じました。

すぐにホテルのスタッフに問題を伝え、部屋の変更をお願いしました。しかし、部屋を変更してもらうことはできず、スタッフが自らエアコンを清掃するという対応になりました。

残念ながら、清掃は十分ではなく、清掃後もエアコン内部には目に見える汚れが残っていました。衛生面や室内の空気環境に関わる問題であるにもかかわらず、適切な対応をしていただけなかったことを非常に残念に思います。

ホテルで問題が発生すること自体は理解できますが、大切なのはその後の対応だと思います。今回は、宿泊客としての不安や懸念に十分に向き合っていただけなかったと感じました。

今回の経験は非常に残念で、滞在全体の印象にも大きく影響しました。

During our two-night stay, we discovered visible mold inside the air conditioning unit in our room. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel.

We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff and requested a room change. However, instead of moving us to another room, the staff decided to clean the air conditioning unit themselves.

Unfortunately, the cleaning was inadequate, and the unit was still visibly dirty afterward. We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide a more satisfactory solution, especially given our concerns about hygiene and air quality.

We understand that issues can occasionally occur in hotels, but what matters most is how they are handled. In this case, we felt that our concerns were not adequately addressed.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience that negatively affected our stay.
