We have stayed at here two other times and we had rooms in the newer building. This time we had the older one . The lighting in the room was bad. There were only two plug outlets . We couldn’t plug our device, but one at a time . We have three devices each. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug the hair dryer. No place to put your luggage. You got two bath towels one hand towel, But no wash clothes. Disappointed

En primera, no tenían ni reserva ubicada ni en radar , me cuestionaron en dónde y por cuánto hice mi reserva . Llegué al hotel y me solicitaron que primero enviara la información al hotel sobre mi reserva y regresará después, mi habitación era con dos camas y me dieron una.
En todo el hotel se escucha mucho ruido , no puedes descansar.
