The project location is 164 feet from the main entrance and 820 feet from the existing hotel building. Measures will be taken to minimize noise and ensure guest comfort. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience caused.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

I don't know when know where to start.By far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. When we arrived we asked for an upgrade as the room we had wasn't what was advertised and had to pay extra. When we got to the room it was absolutely disgusting there was mould covering all of the wooden furniture.( photos below) i wiped a piece of the furniture with a wet wipe and then went to show reception to which they said they would send someone up to give the room a good clean. 5 minuets later 3 yound lads came in and wiped the furnituredown with dry cloths, no polish or cleaner nothing. So I ended up cleaning it myself. dead bugs in the bath. And the hair dryer only worked 10 seconds at a time. Smelt old and musty. The pool was in a terrible state.Broken and chipped tiles and no grout .it looked like it was glued together( pics below) and the wooden and metal sun beds mostly broken and all rusty . The beach was absolutely shocking it was covered in rubbish and broken trees and we tried to walk across it but only made it 20m as I cut my foot on the unsteady muddy hard rocky sand and crap.the food was absolutely terrible and the service was shocking. Lots of kids made up the staff and didn't seem to have a clue what to do. It's definitely overrated and extremely outdated. With it being so far away from everything you would think they would make an effort to mage it inviting but we couldn't wait to get out of there. Never again..

Very restful stay on a well kept and well staffed property
Pros:

Super clean property. Comfortable beds. Great shuttle service and breakfast too. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

It was a little out of the way to get downtown but the free shuttle service helped alleviate any issues.

Pros:

Jakarta Suites Hotel has clearly seen better days. The property feels worn and slightly run-down — still acceptable, but far from inviting.
The beachfront is particularly disappointing: unattractive and not suitable for swimming. Breakfast was very poor and extremely limited, well below expectations. We also wanted to book a massage, but it was not available.
Overall, the experience felt rather sad and distinctly budget in atmosphere. Not a place we would return to.
