The Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores is planning to build 44 new rooms with 4 floors. Construction will begin on January 10, 2025. The project location is 164 feet from the main entrance and 820 feet from the existing hotel building. Measures will be taken to minimize noise and ensure guest comfort. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience caused.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The location was a bit far from the market, but they do provide free shuttle twice a day so that was great.
Jakarta Suites Hotel has clearly seen better days. The property feels worn and slightly run-down — still acceptable, but far from inviting.
The beachfront is particularly disappointing: unattractive and not suitable for swimming. Breakfast was very poor and extremely limited, well below expectations. We also wanted to book a massage, but it was not available.
Overall, the experience felt rather sad and distinctly budget in atmosphere. Not a place we would return to.

The hotel is very spacious and the pool and lounge chairs are very inviting. Overall it offers many facilities and great service for a good price.
Even though there are quite a lot of options at the breakfast, it is not the best.
We also had to wait for +30 minutes for the hotel driver to pick us up after we arrived at the harbor (however, it is nice that the transfer is included/free).

The laundry service should be one day delivery n we dont have to keep asking when the laundry done?
The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing! And the staff were so friendly and helpful, even to the point of calling me a taxi. The free shuttle services was also such an amazing added extra. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Thankyou for my experience.
Located 15 minutes from the city (free shuttle 4 times a day) in a very peaceful location.
Staff always nice, restaurant open until 10pm, really good breakfast.

Rooms are smaller than advertised. Not very clean. They won't even provide 2 umbrellas per room in the rainy season.They said 1 umbrella per room .
Overall very bad cooperation by staff
the receptionist forgot to inform housekeeping, we already informed the receptionist in the morning but when we returned in the evening, towels not yet changed. tired from the city tour, then i had to call 3 times just to change towels.
also asked them to book 1 bike for our stay but when we arrive the normal scoopy we wanted was fully booked, then we almost had to take the only option, the pricier bikes. if we already informed 2 weeks earlier, we expect the scoopy is ready.
we also booked the sailtrip thru the hotel but due to the recent incident, sailing activities were on hold but they didnt inform us prior to our arrival. we could have made early plans and preparation if we knew we cannot go sailing.
room wise, the door to the balcony was broken, blinds were not able to fully close so its quite bright when its morning. bath tub was very dirty and old, didnt even bother to use it.
