Het personeel was geweldig! Twee heren in de ochtend/middag en 1 dame in de avond hebben onze verblijf in Hanoi uitstekend gemaakt! Ontbijt was goed, kamers waren mooi en schoon.

Очень удобное расположение, предельно доброжелательные персонал, симпатичный номер, есть возможность выпить чай, кофе в номере, удобный матрас и подушка, белоснежное белье, тихо в номере, было очень комфортно отдыхать, ванная комната оснащена всем необходимым, горячая вода была постоянно, убирались каждый день. Завтраки вкусные, большой выбор блюд. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, and the staff were always polite and helpful. I particularly appreciated the breakfasts, which were tasty and varied, always offering several options to choose from. Considering the quality, location, and price, I believe it was a truly excellent choice.

This is a budget hotel and very good value for money. (We pay more for an unpowered site in a caravan park in Australia!!😝) It was clean and bathroom has been updated and the staff were very polite and helpful.
