Excellent location and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Beds very comfortable. Staff super helpful and helped sort out our laundry.
Breakfast was great - you could even have Pho for breakfast - winner!

Highly recommend this Hotel especially for people who are travelling to Hanoi for the first time, you will love it 😊
Pros:

The hotel location was great, you can walk to all the surrounding extractions areas and shopping st in the old quarter. The room was spacious (which is uncommon in the Old quarter for the price ) and clean. The staffs were lovely and very helpful they even gave me the upgrade to a better room without requests or paying extra. I was staying at the hotel for 3 nights and got a free taxi pickup from the airport and rebooked for another night when I returned to Hanoi for my flight home the next day. They also gave me the discount for taxi to the airport as well.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, allerdings mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, schönes Bad.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Sehr laut wegen Straßenlärm, der durch die dünnen Fenster dringt, ständige Geräusche von Rohrleitungen etc. in den Wänden.

Pros:

+ Emplacement (au centre du vieux quartier).
+ Petit déjeuner à la française (omelette, beurre, confiture, pain, café, lait concentré, fruits locaux, …).
+ Belle salle de bain.
+ Nous sommes arrivés à 7h du matin et on nous a donné une chambre pour nous doucher et nous reposer moyennant un paiement.
+ Professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel.
+ L’hôtel s’est occupé de notre transfert vers l’aéroport moyennant un paiement (28 km)
+ La réception nous a donné de bons plans de visite et des activités à faire à partir de Hanoï

Cons:

- Chambre (une petite fenêtre donnant sur une petite cour intérieure). Peu important, car on passe toutes les journées à l’extérieur.

Lovely friendly clean hotel
Pros:

Great hotel in central location right in the old town. Lovely friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and beautifully presented. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again 😊

Cons:

There is a bit of road noise but this is unavoidable in the old town, and the street the hotel is on is one of the quieter ones which is great 😊
