Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La literie est bonne et le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Cons:

Certaines chambres sont humides et du coup une odeur se fait sentir.

Pros:

Beliggenheden var vildt god når man gerne vil ud og opleve The Old Quarter men samtidig var der ingen larm selvom det lå ret centralt.

Cons:

Rengøringen var ikke optimal. Der var generelt ridser og gamle mærker overalt på toilettet, væggene og gulvet. Vi fandt hår og pletter på sengetøjet og derudover kunne toilettet ofte ikke trække ud. Bruseren dryppede også hele tiden. Værelset levede slet ikke op til billederne og vi havde udsigt til en gyde hvor der var et vindue med tremmer foran (det lignede et fængsel). Derudover var bestyreren virkelig mærkelig overfor os. Vi var to 20-årige piger der rejste alene hvilket har været helt fint i resten af Vietnam. Men hver gang vi gik forbi receptionen begyndte han at snakke til os, ville vide hvor vi skulle hen og kaldte os "beautiful girls". Han gav os lov til at få sen udtjekning pga- et sent fly den dag vi skulle rejse men med grunden at det var fordi vi var "beautiful", hvilket vi synes var vildt upassende og også lidt utrygt når nu vi skulle overnatte der.

Sehr angenehm
Pros:

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral. Personal waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Danke Luis. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer war deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Allerdings ist das nicht das erste Hotel, bei dem uns das aufgefallen ist. Vielleicht werden hier andere Maßstandards verwendet als in Europa.

מלון במיקום מעולה ברובע הישן, צוות אדיב ועוזר, שדרגו לנו חדר בחינם המיטות היו נוחות זרם טוב במקלחת והכל היה נקי. ויש מעלית!!!

Perfekter Service und tolle Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt und nettes Personal. Schöne Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bad.Gutes Frühstück. Auch der Flughafen Transfer wurde organisiert und unsere Wäsche konnten wir auch waschen lassen. Toller Service.

Perfect place to stay in Hanoi
Pros:

It was in a super central location, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room itself was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too, plenty of options. Perfect place to stay.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is just fantastic. Everything in the Old Quarters (including Hosn Kiem lake, the water puppet theatre , St.Joseph's Cathedral and the night market) was within a 10 minute walk. Plus fabulous food and shopping right outside the hotel.
The staff was super friendly, polite and helpful. A special thanks to the manager Louis who was in touch with me right from when I booked the rooms till we left! He was also extremely helpful and went out of his way to book a table for us at Tam Vi restaurant despite us having left for a day to go to Ha Long Bay. All in all, great value for money and a wonderful experience.
