The White Horse

It was really good and had a great time . Food, staff and accommodation was really good . The rooms could be more sound absorbent as our neighbour was still talking loudly at 3am so sleep was difficult

We had two nights here and will definitely come back, the room was comfortable and spotless. The food in the restaurant was really good and above all the staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble

The food was really good. Although no elevator the staff were super accommodating as my older mother was traveling with me and they carried bags to our room. The English hot tea was best we had in England.

Nicely renovated & very relaxing stay

Lovely place to stay. Our room (10) was very quiet. It was a bit warm but it is summer so to be expected. Bed was comfortable. Food was fantastic for brekkie. Lots of options and very generous. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Recently renovated, a lot of thought and effort put in to the renovation.
Check in; staff were, polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
Bedroom was clean, space enough and tidy. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and a good variety.
Bathroom clean, great shower and plenty of good quality toiletries.
Dining, good choice and well prepared. Staff polite, informative and attentive, but did not pester.
Breakfast, large varied choice and plenty of it.
A most pleasant and relaxing overnight stay.

Has a safe parking, friendly staff and nice spacious clean room. Very close to Canterbury!

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Bathroom door got a bit stuck but wasnt a massive issue.
Bed was so comfortable. It was a warm night but an excellent touch providing a fan for the room. Loved that there was lots of options of apps on the smart tv. Great for a relaxing evening.
Food and service for dinner and breakfast was good too. Will definitely be back

Attractive room. Very nice, large bed and bedding. Good value - breakfast included and free parking. Accessible for Canterbury, Faversham and Whitstable.

Clean and well presented room. Good amenities in the room. Couldn’t fully open window so hot but fan provided (though limited effect). Excellent evening meal but breakfast was not the best. A nice stay overall

They are very dog-friendly, and my puppy had a great time there. The room was clean, and a lot of parking spaces there.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere - 1 night stop over en route to the Tunnel and France with a dog. Great staff and really felt everyone wanted us to enjoy our brief stay.

Had a very pleasant stay at the White Horse. Large car park with plenty of spaces, nice refurbished room in an old pub so clean and comfortable but without losing it character, excellent powerfull shower which could practically blow your nipples off and a very good range of tea and coffee in the room including decaf coffee bags. Very good fast wifi. Excellent supper in the restaurant with beautifully cooked vegetables. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the White Horse for 2 nights. It was a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the amazing staff, the delicious meals-we had breakfast twice and dinner once, and the location. We felt like we were visiting family and will definitely be going back!

Yes, this is a historical building. There was no air-conditioning and there was no fan available for my room.
The tidy up girl every day ... did not do a thorough job

Great staff who were attentive and very helpful. Lovely room with comfortable bed, good food to, had a surf and turf which came with a lobster bisque saurce which was exceptional and something I will look for again. A nice touch I thought were the magnetic contactless charging points either side of the bed which were unexpected 10/10 for that.
