Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall

The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, the staff and reception are friendly and helpful, the food is fresh, and cleaning is thorough and daily. The shuttle to the sea is absolutely fantastic!

Receptionists at the hotel didn’t let us to check in after showing the original receipt. We have given our legal EID and still they pretend that we impersonate someone else. My wife’s email address is under her EID. We ain’t lying and we are traveling to most of the hotels in UAE under the same name and we didn’t face this issue. I told them to call a manager yet nobody seems to be appeared, I feel that this hotel is looting money from guests and the travel agent has already been paid to the hotel. We left your hotel after wasting 3 hours staying in the lobby and We booked another hotel. We will never come to this hotel never ever.

The property enjoys an excellent location, with convenient access to almost everything, and its overall design is impressive.

However, the housekeeping team appeared to lack adequate training and hospitality experience. Guest parking is also insufficient, with too few spaces available. While two reception team members were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the overall service experience was inconsistent. The security staff’s approach felt unnecessarily rigid and would benefit from further hospitality-focused training, particularly in guest interaction and service etiquette.

The amenities shown in the attached photo were only provided after I specifically requested them. With stronger staff training, improved service standards, and better parking arrangements, this property could offer a significantly better guest experience.

Nice hotel, good price but food is not good all is very spicy and they dont know how to cook a ribeye. Second is okay but you could except a little better one.

I have stayed at many hotels, but **Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall** continues to be my first choice every time I visit Dubai.

Although my company usually arranges our accommodation, I always insist on staying at Citymax Al Barsha because of the incredible team. They consistently make every stay comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free.

The hotel location is amazing, not only is it 5 minute walk to MOE but has an amazing selection of restaurant within the walking distance. The staff is amazing, polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was definitely value for money for me. All basic amenities are there including a parking lot. I was at the top floor so no noise level at that height. Overall a good hotel at a very reasonable price. Metro is also 5 minutes and bus stop is also very close

No parking available and when i asked to help me to find parking they said we can not.I paid for parking in another place. They didn’t care about me.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the front lady staff were friendly and helpful,check in & check out was smooth and the location was convenient just a walkable distance to mall of emirates & metro. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again

Location is near subway, but so far from beach. But the hotel has a shuttle on the beach for reservation.
Atmosphere and service are very good. Stuff is understandable and carrying. Thanks.
Room is normal, there were all necessary here, but there weren’t some small things for a comfortable staying. Cleaning was good. One minus was a high noise level. In the room we heard all that was happening in the street and the hall.
