Location was ideal - close to the beach but also close to town. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Lovely decor and very comfortable bed. Friendly hosts.
Night-time can be a little noisy as on a main road through to the town, also seagulls can get a bit vocal too! Earplugs supplied and were very welcome.
Very clean, very comfortable bed, had everything what you need for your stay and central for amenities. Room spacious and staff we’re very pleasant, friendly and helpful
The only downside about our stay was the wake up call from the seagulls at 6/7am. Even though earplugs were provided which helped slightly. Unsure if the windows are doubled glazed as feel this would help.

We had a lovely welcome from Adam and any requests we had were dealt with straight away.
Our room had recently been re decorated and had a new suite in the shower room.
The seagulls took a day to get used to. But to be expected as you are in Scarborough by the sea

We loved everything about our stay
Hotel in a great location for stays in Scarborough. Rooms were clean and seemed to have been updated. Small bathroom ensuite and brewing facilities. Fan was a welcome addition, as were the ear plugs of the seagulls are too noisy.
No breakfast facilities but plenty of options to eat locally
A hidden gem! Lovely boutique hotel, second line from the beach. Great location, friendly owners, spotlessly clean, great value for money. Exceptionally comfortable bed! Everything you need.
I'd struggle to find anything but if I was being very picky, the bathroom shelf gets in the way of the sink.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, the town centre and local attractions. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and we had two great nights sleep. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay, making me feel at home. Overall, it offered great value for money and I would happily stay here again.
Honestly, I didn't find anything significant to complain about. It is a good place to stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Scarborough.
Location- perfect location for seafront, town centre, restaurants and castle.
Hosts- Amazing! Welcoming, friendly and informative. Beautiful family that obviously takes great pride of their home/business.
Cleanliness- I challenge anyone to find a cleaner hotel anywhere! Deep cleaned daily.
Rooms- our room was an ‘attic room’ however very spacious, bright and airy. Had everything in you required for a comfortable stay.
Communal areas- Hotel throughout is spotless. Decor is tasteful and modern in a beautiful historic building.
Parking - free parking permit issued to park in streets behind hotel, however you can park on street outside hotel for 40 minutes to allow for bag drop off and check in.
We will definitely be staying again!
Shelf over sink made it a little difficult to wash face/clean teeth over sink.
