The hotel was lovely! The building had a lovely homely atmosphere with a very comfortable modern interior. The family were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing visit!!

Great communication throughout the booking for any questions asked. Arrived and was greeted and shown to room. Hotel was clean, unique with original decor (loved the suitcase draws). Very clean and car parking just behind was easy and car was safe due to quiet street.

I loved the room, I loved the bed I slept the best I have in a long time. Shower was good. Everything was clean.
No warning of the slope and steps to get to the hotel for disabilities, the room was on the top floor with quite steep steps.

The condition and location of this beautiful little boutique hotel is amazing. Was given parking voucher to enable free parking just a short walk from the hotel. Free outside parking for 40 minutes to allow to book in. Very well presented and owner was amazing. The recommendation for breakfast at the look out on the pier was spot on as the food and staff were amazing that we went back for more the next day. Thank you again to the owner for making our stay amazing. We would 100% stay here again when back in the area. A***** hotel and owner. Should definitely go on four in a bed, would definitely win.

Very comfortable room with a nice feeling in the place. Possibly the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel. Great location and a friendly welcome on arrival.
It's an old building so a few creaky doors/floorboards but it's all part of the charm. Bedroom was a little overlooked from the rear so had to keep blinds closed

Location is great, very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, and cleaned daily.
Seagulls a bit noisy in the morning! But nothing that the earplugs supplied by the hotel couldn't fix.
The doorways are pretty low on the upper floor, but one only bangs one's head the once!
I did wish there was a mini-fridge or cooler in the room.

Lovely well presented accommodation in a historic old building on a room only basis (B&B no longer an option) in a great location right in the heart of Scarborough. The double room was clean and bright with excellent ensuite facilities, coffee, tea and bottled water all provided daily. The owner was only seen on check-in but provided all the info required for a comfortable stay.
No breakfast available at the accommodation, but plenty of options outside and close by. Nothing else was an issue.
Ideal location, immaculately clean. Very welcoming host. Booking in simple and parking permits to use on nearby roads so parking was hassle free.
