A pre Christmas Break made perfect
Pros:

Friendly welcome from our host and taken to our beautifully furnished rooms in the old town so central for everything. The room was always warm with a comfortable bed and sufficient space for our clothes and things. Great en-suite shower room with soap provided.
Excellentteamwork and coffee facilities in the room, restocked daily.
I would recommend the Palace Hill Hotel without hesitation.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, rooms spotless and heating worked really well.

Cons:

Bathroom shower quite small and stale water smell - may be to do with the period property though and after running the shower a while it starts to go away. Would still definitely stay again.

10/10 location for a stay in Scarborough.
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely rooms, absolutely spotlessly clean, hosts were attentive and welcoming.
My wife accidentally left her earrings in the room and they have posted them back to us. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier couple to host us.
