Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly, early check-in was so appreciated. Room was well appointed for long stays. Tap with safe drinking water is always a huge bonus! Sunset from the roof is gorgeous!

Cons:

Our particular room had no balcony and the bedroom window faced the inside corridor and voices carried in the morning. (We did book during peak season quite late and felt lucky to get any room. In the mornings some people had their doors open and the rooms with balconies or larger windows looked lovely). The pillows were quite lumpy. The largest pool was very shallow. While we were there it was an older crowd of annual visitors who wanted to read in silence at the pool, so the vibe was quite somber (could just be out our timing).

el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, tiene transporte para las playas del sur, asi como al malecon o zona hotelera, el lugar es muy tranquilo y es una buena opcion por si quieren conocer...

Cons:

posiblemente podria ser que le falta un poco de mantenimiento, y de los insumos siento se limitan pero la atencion y respuesta es buena..

Our stay was noisy and uncomfortable. We left a week early, even though we prepaid.

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy both during the day and at night. Though the bed was acceptably comfortable, the furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. And the lighting made the room feel dingy. It was not a pleasant environment. There were lots of problems like plugged drains, hot water taps that didn’t work. There was only air conditioning in the bedroom so during the day when you couldn’t have the door open because of the noise, it got very stuffy. I really wanted to like the place because it was a Mexican family run hotel. But it was just too noisy and uncomfortable.

Great for a couple days we stayed a week for the bed comfort no way
Pros:

The bed was very hard and as the rooms are separate they need a/c in the living room not just the bedroom.

We were happy enough that we have rebooked.

Cons:

We felt we were staying long enough that our request to change rooms should have been accommodated. The folks going into the room we wanted hadn’t checked in yet and were leaving before us. Our room, the one we were staying in, could have been the one people checked in and out of.

I left 3 days early and rather than return my damage deposit to my credit card they charged me an additional $78.75 rather than return the actual deposit of $38.73.
