Lovely stay in a convenient location for Thames Pathway walk. Equipped for walkers. Clean and reasonably well appointed

Convenient dog friendly stay whilst walking the river Thames
Pros:

It was good after walking the river Thames path in the floods.
Food in the pub was excellent.

Lovely room but disturbed sleep
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Good bathroom.

Cons:

I didn’t sleep well. The green fire escape light disturbed me. I like to sleep with lights off. And I was too hot. I turned off the radiator but when I opened the window there was a noisy aircon unit outside it so I had to shut it again. The room would be perfect if it was cool, dark and quiet

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was not available. Cricklade is a nice village / town. Red Lion building is nice old and characterful,,,,,,,,,,

Cons:

Room was grubby,,,,,uncared for. Dust and dirt apparent particularly in bathroom. Room not serviced on a daily basis so dirty towels had to be used again.

La camera è funzionale per una tappa di passaggio, abbastanza accogliente, ben riscaldata e fornita di prodotti di cortesia.

L’arredo lasciava un po a desiderare ma la pulizia era veramente scarsa.

No breakfast but the menu at dinner was very fine - excellent food.
Pros:

Nice big room, big bed, big bathroom, a writing desk - always a good thing. With check in at 2pm and check out at 11am I consider that value for money and didn't feel rushed. Very comfortable overall.

A great stay.
Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Lovely staff. Nice touches like homemade shortbread in room. Tea and coffee making facilities. Everything clean. Thank you.

Dining room was too bright, so lacked a bit of atmosphere. Food delicious.

Cons:

Servizi obsoleti, camera non pulitissima, cena nel pub con inquinamento acustico a livelli insopportabili. Camere nel cortile interno con clienti rumorosi fino a tardi.
