I feel comfortable when I stay there,
Pros:

Excellent location, corner house is the only place I'll stay, staff are very helpful and makes you comfortable

Lovely. Would stay again if in Frome.
Pros:

Good location, 5-10 min walk into town. Free car park. Staff friendly. Access to rooms is separate from the pub. We had booked a standard double but were given a family room which was very spacious and had two massive windows. The heating worked well, which we needed as the weather was chilly. Very good breakfast, enjoyed the banana bread. Had a meal (Pie Minster and a bowl of chips) in the pub one evening, which we enjoyed.

Cons:

Whilst the bathroom was clean and functional, we didn’t like the shower arrangement. I expect if we had paid more we could have had a room with an upgraded bathroom. However, we were very satisfied with the room we had for the price we had paid.

exceptional obliiging nightime staff....furnished me with an extra heater as I had just returned late night from warmer climes and assistance with WiFi that was due to my stupidity.....

lovely place in a great town. The bedrooms and whole place looks like it had been recently refurbished so was very nice.

Cons:

Bedside lights both sides, drawers for clothes - replace the table in the room for a set of drawers would be very useful as nowhere to put anything.
