Great little hotel close to town.
Pros:

Lovely people, good breakfast and very clean and comfortable room.
Free parking was appreciated.

Most enjoyable, great location, excellent value
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. And evening meal. Superb value, great location. Large comfortable room.

Cons:

I struggle with stairs but that's more about me than any deficit eith the accommodation.

Friendly and comfortable hotel close to the centre
Pros:

Very close to the centre, kind staff members, it felt friendly rather than formal and cold. The service at breakfast was amazing, the lady seemed to be everywhere, so professional and tidy. The food was quick and delicious.

Perfect location for a visit to Frome. Room big enough for six people if for a family with children.

It was ok
Pros:

The room was clean, provided us with milk for our grandson, food was good

Cons:

There was live music played the night we got there and then the juke box the night after, we were not told that live music would be playing right below us and with a 3 year old and a 19 month old live jazz music playing until 10.30 at night was not good

Vriendelijk personeel, maar parkeren was onhandig en de kamer temperatuur erg heet.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

1) De kamer was erg heet en heel gehorig. Het open raam deed weinig.
2) De parkeerplaats was helemaa vol toen ik aankwam en er waren geen alternatieve plaatsen om ter plekke te parkeren. Daarnaast was het zeer krap parkeren.
