Comfortable accommodation, great location, helpful staff.
Pros:

Well appointed room, could possibly do with a couple more towel rails. Lots of power sockets. Lovely selection of food for breakfast. Aurora on reception was a particularly helpful lady. Lovely personality. Had great views of old harbour and lake. Good air conditioning in room.

Pros:

The location was great, the room was lovely, beds comfortable, A/C worked great… towels were big and fluffy, balcony was lovely. Staff including Dune, Andrea, Andorra and the owner too were all very sweet and helpful. The ferry dock is just steps away… plenty of restaurants everywhere…great breakfast in the hotel.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Das Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, lecker und es war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das frische Obst war unübertroffen lecker.

Cons:

Es gab keinen direkten Parkplatz am Hotel. Zur Anreise und Abreise konnte man aber direkt vorm Hotel halten und die Parkplätze, die kostenpflichtig, aber preislich ok waren, lagen fußläufig entfernt.

The single bottle of warm water with a note saying " Compliments of the hotel, more drinks can be purchased from the bar ! ".
Especially given there was a fridge in the room and it was a hot day.

Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel. Location is fantastic, you are right near all the boats for all your trips around the lake. There are fantastic restaurants all close to the hotel. Breakfeast is fantastic, all you can eat both hot and cold. The main reason why this hotel is so great is because of it's staff. Every single member goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing from the moment you arrive to when you leave.
I would definitely stay here again and visit some more beautiful towns on the lake.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like is the fact that I did not book a room with a bigger balcony and a Lake view. Saying that our view was on to the plaza which staged some fantastic Ferrari cars during the 1000 Miglia race which passe through Desenzano.

It was our first visit to Lake Garda & the hotel was very nice & in an excellent location on the front looking out on to the Lake, which was a beautiful view. The room was nice & very clean with a fantastic bathroom.The staff were very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was good. We will definately visit again

Lovely hotel in good location
