The hotel was in the best position in the town. 5 minutes from the boats for lake trips. Bars and restaurants right by the side. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very nice. Comfy bed. Proper wardrobe. Bathroom fab. Mostly though, that staff were amazing. So friendly helpful and accommodating. All spoke perfect English. Aurora on the reception desk was amazing. She couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. As we were leaving early for our flight home before breakfast had opened, they allowed us to have breakfast which was kind and generous. We would recommend this gem of a hotel whole heartedly.

Sehr schöne Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hinterhof, sogar mit Terrasse, was wir sehr toll fanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Viele Früchte, viel Verschiedenes in salziger und süsser Form. Auch glutenfreies Angebot der Marke Schär. Frühstück sehr schön auf dem Buffet angeboten. Gute Atmosphäre am Frühstücksbuffet.
Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

The breakfast was amazing. There was everything you could want and lots of it. It far exceeded our expectations and set us up so well for the day. Loved the big bowls of freshly chopped fruits, the croissant/danish pastry selection. Our room was very spacious and the bed very very comfortable.
We had a wonderful balcony with gorgeous views of lake Garda and the hotel was a stone’s throw from the ferry terminal and many restaurants and cafes. The staff are kind and considerate and always smiling and welcoming.
Our room was too warm despite cool (sometimes cold) outside temperatures which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Aircon was not available due to time of year.
The staff is very nice, they always help you in whatever way you want, the location is perfect and the room is very nice, and the bed is comfy. The view from the room is super.
The location is central, so most of the days the public transport is closed, so if someone is traveling without a car, like me, it's a bit difficult to reach the hotel with your luggage.

We loved everything about this hotel ! Loved the lake view from our balcony it was stunning … staff amazing so friendly and very helpful
Location of the hotel was perfect for restaurants shops and ferries not 5 minutes away ! Fridge, safe and hairdryer in the room and lots of storage …Breakfast was great such a good selection hot and cold food …tea and coffee making facilities in the room …the hotel was absolutely spotless 5* would definitely recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is superb - right on the water front - with the beach area to the left 7-8 min walk and the ferry port marina to the right 2 minute walk. lots of lovely cobbled streets with bars restaurants, coffee and ice cream around. On a Tuesday the centre of the market is right outside the door of hotel, much higher quality of goods that Spanish Markets. I wished I had a bigger case!!!
The walk to the beach (this is a gravel beach - bring your jelly shoes) - it was a little far for me as I have poor mobility, but really there was nothing not to like about the hotel.
