La recepción
La posizione ottima, dai Docks a Cavern street, alle stazioni tutto vicino. La camera molto grande, bagno grande con accappatoio e asciugamani. Salottino con tv, tavolo con poltroncine e zona trucco. Palazzo d’epoca ristrutturato con piccolo longe bar.
Gli arredi sono indubbiamente nuovi, ma per gli allergici c’è un tantino troppo velluto (testata del letto, divano, poltroncine varie e moquette). La finestra è molto piccola e (come tutte in quelle strutture) si aprivano appena, non permettendo un ricambio d’aria necessario. Non c’è aria condizionata, c’era però un ventilatore. Essendo in centro, il contro è il rumore per strada fino a tarda notte.
I stayed Tuesday & Wednesday so the city was nice and quiet. Great area to be in, close to the shopping centre and Matthew street. Great size of rooms. Well stocked mini fridge at reasonable pricing. The staff were polite and helpful.
I was staying in room 203. The hinges on the 2 doors that open out to the balcony need repair as they would not close properly and would eventually keep opening.
The toilet roll that is provided is very thin, (maybe consider upgrading to a better product)
They are no plugs near bed to charge phone.
No climate control in room to set yourself.
Room slightly on the dark side, (maybe more lights).
Apart from these issue still a fantastic hotel and I would definitely return to stay again.
Nice fancy room, very welcoming and cooperative staff, and from the hotel you're right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Liverpool.

for such price i find it great place to stay
there was an A/C in the room without remote controler and did not seems like working at all. We have to use fan [not cool. as windows opens just a bit, and just one of them]
I know there that check in is since 15 sharp, but it is strage to me, that all people have to wait until 15. I can't imagine how all the rooms are got ready in the exact same moment. I mean that probably they can let in someone
and i still wait my 100 pounds deposit back. I know it might take some time, but still stating to plan the budget)
