Pros:

I was extremely pleased with my room. It was huge and had everything it needed. The staff were very accommodating and the rest of the building is lovely. Door code system works well. Good location for bars, cafes, shopping, and the dock.

Cons:

There are plenty plug sockets but one by the bed and mirrors would be helpful.

The stay overall was very good and would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The view from the room was excellent. Loved the size of the room. We had our breakfast in the room which was really nice.

Cons:

The lighting in the room, it was too dark and could have done with at least another floor lamp.

Pleasant but wouldn’t stay again because of the breakfast
Pros:

The location and friendliness of the staff. Quiet but some road noise from 4am.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor. The steps up and down in the suites were difficult for my elderly parents. Attention needed to tiles in the bathroom

Great staff, perfect location but could do with a quality refurbishment and update with attention to detail.
Pros:

Location was excellent and a stones throw to Liverpool one and the city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The quality of the finishes didn’t seem to be of the highest specification. On the surface the look was high end but looking closer into the finish like tiling and mastic and cracks in the ceiling etc it was poor.
