Location was great. The room was really spacious and clean.
The steps in the room and at night could be quite difficult! We both nearly fell so had to leave the bathroom light on so we could see the step.
Very close to everything, restaurants, Liverpool 1 and Albert Docks just down the road. The super king bed was really nice and the room was spacious

I was walking across the bedroom when a light suddenly collapsed hitting me on the head and bruising my toes. The light had clearly been glued. I received no apology but was told the manager would contact me. Two months later I'm still waiting. The shower is a joke unless you're a five year old.

The booking of the breakfast we wasn't informed on day of arrival of the riles of booking breakfast we arrived Tuesday booked for Wednesday morning on arrival time at in dining area but the Thursday breakfast we had to have in our room which I wasn't happy about we went to the desk on Wednesday around 8.30 pm to ask if we still got same time breakfast for the Thursday we was told all tables if gone you will have to gave breakfast in your room wasn't you told on arrival that you have to re book breakfast morning before we just though you automatically get the same time breakfast in eating area so that needs to be altered I think or explain when you arrive
Great location and large room, it would be a good stay with better customer service.
I arrived at 2pm to check-in and was told to return at 3pm which was check-in time. It was difficult to get the wifi password from reception.

Magnificent room, spacious, beautifully decorated, with amazing views...also perfectly located. I loved my room, and the staff could not have been nicer. I had a fabulous 2 night break in sunny Liverpool. I want to sincerely thank the staff for minding me so well, Ill be back!!!!
