Matig verblijf
Pros:

Prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen, dichtbij centrum.

Cons:

Douche werd niet warm, gemeld maar geen tegemoetkoming.

Mooie locatie, goed personeel, lekker matras opzich en prima tv met cast mogelijkheden met telefoon

Schimmel kitranden in bad. En er zat een baardhaar op de wastafel en in terwijl ik alleen was en ben een vrouw. Dat is echt goor

Great for a short stay!
Pros:

I liked the location, and the type of room we got. We had a nice stay and the kids loved it.

Cons:

When I read the description I thought we were sleeping is the castle, but it is next to it, but this was not a big deal for us.

Erg veel herrie omdat ik boven de bar met plavuizen sliep.
Uitermate slecht restaurant. Dame blanche met 2 zielige bolletjes ijs en uitgelopen slagroom uiteen bus.

Een mooi verblijf in Kerkrade.
Pros:

Zoals altijd is de kamer ok en het ontbijt ook maar....ook niet meer dan dat.
Het hotel ligt prima, wel vlakbij een druk kruispunt maar dat is ook wel weer handig.
Goeie schuur met oplaad mogelijkheid voor e-bikes.

Cons:

Ja, zoals vaak kleine dingen bij Fletcher.
Graag eens goede kussens, vernieuw die af en toe want die gaan geen 10 jaar mee.
Kamer met balkon maar ondanks stoeltjes geen tafeltje. Een dag later wel gekregen na herhaald vragen.
Ontbijt met koud roerei, spek, gekookt eitje. Dat hoort niet! Wel lekker brood en croissants.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Goede locatie, van daaruit mooie wandelingen en gaia park

Cons:

Eieren, bacon en zo was koud terwijl wij als eerste aan het ontbijt waren
Brood redelijk al uitgedroogd
Zwarte schimmel aan vensters boven in de duplex (kamer 57). Heb dit doorgegeven aan de balie bij het uitchecken. Als dat wordt opgemerkt zou ik daar toch geen gasten meer laten verblijven, is echt niet gezond

Geweldige locatie!

Cons:

Het restaurant viel tegen - we bestelden pasta pesto maar er was geen penne en de pesto die we kregen bevatte vrijwel geen ingrediënten - een bord macaroni met een groen sausje met 1 asperge erop.

Mooi duur.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig gebouw op een prima plek. Ik ben er jaren gekomen omdat mijn tante daar vlakbij woonde.

Cons:

Het onderhoud is niet goed. En de prijs is te hoog. Daarbij komt dat ik voor Fletcher vier vouchers heb liggen, maar ze nooit in dit hotel kwijt kan. Ook is het ontbijt de prijs daarvoor niet waard.

Fijne kamer met heerlijk ligbad
Pros:

Ruime kamer, aankleding wat gedateerd maar wel schoon. Heel fijn dat er een ligbad was en toilet apart. Koffie- en theefaciliteiten aanwezig, heel fijn.

Cons:

Kamer naast had problemen met (denk ik) een klemmende deur, dusdie werd steeds vrij hard dicht gedaan. Gaf wat lawaai.
