Important information:

Children can be accommodated at a surcharge. Baby cots can be rented for EUR 10 per night. An extra bed can be added for EUR 25. These fees need to be paid at the accommodations during check in.

Goed en mooi verblijf, ook voor werk.
Pros:

Het hotel is gelegen op een mooie locatie, waardoor je meteen in een vakantiesfeer komt. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van zithoek, bureau en koffiegerei. Wel deed de kamer gedateerd aan, wat ook kwam door de kleurstellingen. Het bed lag echter prima. De badkamer was (wel) modern, ook ruim en voorzien van een bad, dat zich snel vulde. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed en uitgebreid. De wifi was goed en ik heb daardoor ook prima kunnen werken.

Cons:

Door de foto's op internet had ik andere verwachtingen van de kamer, d.w.z. luxer of misschien moderner.

Plek voor mijn motor was minder. Kinderhoofdjes en grind zijn slechte combinaties voor motorrijders. Maar er werd wel meegedacht door personeel

Hele leuke beleving!
Pros:

Locatie uitstekend!!! Kasteel Erenstein op wandelafstand van het hotel, een vierkantshoeve. Heel mooi park aan kasteel Erenstein en het diner 's avonds in het kasteel, was een hele leuke beleving! Ik raad iedereen aan daar te boeken. De hoeve zeer mooi ingericht en gezellig. Ontbijt zoals overal bij Fletcher, goed.

Cons:

Onze kamer was verouderd.

Endroit à recommander pour diverses visites : abbaye de Rolduc, divers zoos pour enfants, balades ..
Pros:

propreté des 2 chambres spacieuses, déjeuner varié et superbe emplacement pour rejoindre les zoos .

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamers zijn wat verouderd, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Verder top dat ze laadpalen voor de deur hebben. Ook een gunstige ligging tov Heerlen, waar ik voor mijn werk moest zijn.

Cons:

Niets. Het hotel overtrof mijn verwachtingen, die overigens vrij beperkt waren, gezien de lage kamerprijs.

Good location but not what we expected.
Pros:

The location is great. Although the pictures we see here above is nothing like real life.
The picture is the restaurant not the hotel. Which is disappointing when you arrive.
The receptionist was friendly. And bar opening hours are okay.

Cons:

The rooms are dated. They smell. They are dirty... its was not great at all.
One of our groupmembers even found a seal on the doorpost. The ones you find on a crimescene or bug treatment. come on... put in the effort. Remove it from the doorpost when things are cleaned.
These small things, including the dirty state of the room was just a major disappointing for us.
The problem is, the hotel has a lot of potential. It really needs good management and caretaking.

Oh yeah btw, there was furniture in the water at the restaurant when we notified the staff they said we know... its there for weeks. What I said before. It needs TLC.
